I rested my head on my hands. It throbbed like hell. Jess was still asleep upstairs in her bed. I woke up early from my headache. I didn't want to go to school tomorrow. My heart ached when I was away from Beck but my brain thought otherwise. "Why does he have to be so difficult?" I asked myself. I went to the bathroom and had a shower. I didn't feel different once I got changed and my head still ached. I decided to go to Beck's house. I knew he would be alone and Jess wouldn't wake up till later. I grabbed my phone and bag. Beck's house was a long walk but I wouldn't mind the fresh air.

I stood in front of his door. My heart betted rapidly. I knocked on the door and waited. It felt like forever until I saw Beck opened the door and smile at me. I opened my mouth but no words came out. He grabbed my arm and pulled me inside and closed the door.

"Hello Taia," he smiled at me.

I looked at him. "Hello Beck."

"What brings you to my house so early?" He asked. I bit my lip.

"I just had to see you," I said. His smile widened and he grabbed my wrist again. His hand made my skin tingle and it felt like my heart was going to explode. He pulled me towards him and locked me there. Our hips touched and my face was only a few centimetres away from his. I was struggling to keep myself sane around him.

"You make me crazy," he whispered in my ear. I hummed.

"On contrary you make me mad," I whispered back. He laughed. His arms loosened around my waist.

"Here you should look at my backyard," he suggested. I nodded. His backyard was surrounded by the woods and all different bushes. I was blown back.

"Do you like it?" He asked.

"It even has wild blue berry bushes," I pointed out. He laughed again.

"They get better further in," he explained.

"Could we go get some?" I asked.

"Anything for you my little pup," he joked.

"You already have a nickname for me?" I asked.

"Yup." We ran into the forest. Beck ran at inhuman speed but I caught up to him. My hair flew behind me and my feet jumped over logs. Beck suddenly stopped and I ran back to him. He rested his hands on his knees and was breathing heavily. I wondered why he had stopped until I saw the blue berry bush behind them. I had a little basket resting on my arm. He gestured towards it. I picked a few blue berries and sat next to beck. The clouds broke away from the sun and it's light shone through the trees. Beck grabbed a handful of berries and stuffed his mouth.

"This place is amazing," I said.

"Yup, it's an advantage to own the woods," he replied. I sighed. "So you like it?" He asked again.

"Of course I do," I stated. Beck moved closer to me and weaved his fingers in mine. I laid down and stared at the sky. I ate a few blue berries.

"You have always been different you know," Beck suddenly said.

"In what way?" I asked calmly.

"In every way, you seem different from the others...from Jess," he stopped.

"I still don't get it," I looked at him. He kissed my hand.

"You are more like me at least a bit," he mumbled.

"You know you seem different from everyone else too, I see how people treat you at school, no one is on your side they just...just," I couldn't think of the word.

"Bully me because I am different," he finished my sentence. I knew it was true. "I see how people treat you too, they don't do it as bad as me but still."

"Dud it's just life you know, it's how we act," I explained.

"Not how you and me act though," he said.

"What are you talking about?" I asked him.

"Come back to my house tonight and you will see," he smiled. I sat up and he tucked a bit of hair behind my ear. He was so close that I could feel his hot breath on me. His lips were suddenly on mine and his hand was tangled in my hair.
