I just wanted to make something very clear. I know that a lot of people ship Scorbus, and a lot of people don't because they either prefer Scorose, or simply think it's a weird pairing if they already ship Drarry.
My story isn't a Scorbus story. It's a Drarry story. I do ship both pairings, personally, but it's not my intent to make a Drarry/Scorbus. That's why it's never mentioned that they're together.
At the end of the day, it's up to the reader to make a decision on whether or not, in my story, they imagine them together or apart. It's your choice, not mine. There was a lot of hugging because Albus thought Scorpius could be dead; it's only normal.
