You watched as Peter and Ned drooled over Liz Allen. You rolled your eyes every time Peter talked to Liz. You watched Peter ask Liz to homecoming last year. And you watched Peter run out of the gym during homecoming. But still, he's here staring a Liz. He's never looked at you twice. Even though he's the only thing you've been looking at-

"Y/nnnnnnn hellooooooo!" Mj waves her hand in front of your face, snapping you out of your thoughts.

"Y-yea. What?" You ask turning your attention away from Peter and to MJ.

"Your literally drooling, you have to tell him how you feel." Mj says geasturing to Peter.

"No! I'd rather die." You said.

"So your just going to sit here, staring at him, and act like your just friends?" Mj asked sarcastically.

"You know me so well." You said giving a sarcastic smile. Mj rolled her eyes, and you dropped your head on the cafeteria table. "He's fucking in love with Liz fucking Allen." You pick your head up, only resting your chin on table. "How could I compete with her."

"You don't give yourself credit, your legit the most real and amazing person ever. Your funny and nice and sarcastic as fuck. And How do you know he doesn't like you?" Mj asks, there's a hint of a smile tugging on your lips, but you roll your eyes.

"Thanks, but like really?" You turn your body so your facing Peter and Ned who are sitting at the very end of the table. "Look at the them, they haven't taken one bite of there lunch, they've just been staring at her."

Mj looked in the direction you were facing, and back at you. "Yea but how do you know he doesn't have the same feelings for you?" You turn back quickly.

"Didn't you just hear what I said. He's. In. Love. With. Liz. Allen." You drop your head back down with a loud groan.

-Peter and Ned-

"She's not looking." Ned says

"Oh thank god." Peter rips his eyes away from Liz and back at you. He stared at your hair, how it was the perfect color and how good it framed your face.

"Why don't you say anything?" Ned asks from over Peters shoulder. Peter turns around to face Ned.

"Because she'd never be interested in me, like it's me." Ned rolls his eyes.

"Your spiderman." Peter groans at Neds quick answer.

"Yea but she doesn't know that."

"Then you should tell her." Peter pushes Ned's shoulder teasingly.

"Your high," Peter says as he looks back at you talking to Mj. God she's so beautiful. Peter looks at you with full on heart eyes, as Ned watches.

"H-hey do you wanna stop at Delmar's before I have to go?" Peter says as you both walk down the street. You and Peter live in the same apartment building, your just one floor higher, so you guys usually walk home together.

"Yea!" You say a little to excitedly.

You and Peter enter Delmars, Peter talks to the guy in Spanish, ordering his sandwiche then yours after. Peter knew your order by heart, making it his goal to know everything about you. But you didn't think much of it, only that he was a good friend. Peter handed you your sandwich and you guys ate and walked back home.
