Peter couldn't stop watching y/n as she concentrated on painting her nails. She is the most beautiful girl he has ever laid his eyes on. He is head over heels for y/n, he couldn't imagine anyone else for him. Over the years, he has fallen more in love with her every single day.

They just moved into their new house together, before they were living in a small apartment in Queens. She has always wanted to live outside of the city in a little house with a tiny yard, together her fantasy became reality. Peter would do anything to make her dreams come true, he just wanted her to be happy.

Darling just dive right in

It wasn't just Peter who wanted the world for y/n, y/n wanted the world for Peter. They lived in their small apartment for so long, because she knew how much he loved being Spider-Man and saving people. She wanted him to be happy, she would follow him half-way across the world if that meant he would be happy.

When it came down to settle down, Peter put down his foot and decided they would find a house to move in together, they wanted to start their life. Meaning they wanted to start a family together.

Peter and y/n met while they were both in high school. Meeting as freshman and becoming best friends right away. They enjoyed the same things, loved the same food, and most importantly they loved each other. Little did they know, that they were both in love with each other.

It took months before either of them decided to act upon their feelings towards one another. Y/N was the first to speak up about her feelings towards Peter. Once their feelings toward each other were finally out in the open, a beautiful relationship blossomed.

They were practically inseparable, all their spare time was spent together. From their first kiss to their first time making love, they were always so open with each other. Peter told y/n about being Spider-Man early on in their relationship, he knew that if he truly wanted to have a trusting relationship that secret had to be out. Y/N accepted him just for who he is, one of the things he loves so much about her.

They had their fair share of fights. Peter hated fighting with her, just as much as she hated fighting with him. All relationships have a bicker here and there, their relationship was not exempt from this. They always vowed to never give up on each other, and they both kept that vow.

As Peter keeps watching her, she slowly looks up at him and smiles, "Why are you staring at me?"

"I just love you so much y/n, you're my world. I don't know who I would be without you," he smiles and rubbed her thigh. He loves touching her, it was always so comforting. She is his safe space.

When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath

But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight

"Pete, you're so sweet. You're my everything, without you I would be nobody. You are my other half and will always be the love of my life," she smiles as she puts her hand over his.

"How did I get so lucky to be with the most beautiful woman on earth?" He keeps smiling at her as a soft blush creeps up on her cheeks. No matter how many times he compliments her, she will always blush. He loves that about her, he loves everything about her.

"I ask myself how I got the most handsome and caring gentleman in the world," she smiles as he starts blushing. She has the same effect on him as he has on her.

Well I found a woman, stronger than anyone I know

She shares my dreams, I hope that someday I'll share her home

Peter knows that she is such a headstrong woman. They have been through so much together and no matter what, she is always true to herself. She is such a strong woman, he loves that about her.

When Peter asked her to move in together, she told him no. They were both fresh out of high school and she wanted to focus on her studies. About two months after college started, they moved in together. She was always with Peter anyway and realized that Peter is her life and school is just on the path they were taking together.

I found a love, to carry more than just my secrets

To carry love, to carry children of our own

Y/N finishes her nails and cuddles closer to Peter. They move cuddling each other. They love the closeness that they share. He rubs her back as she snuggles her head into his chest. He could stare at her all day, she is so beautiful.

They have talked about having kids, they wanted to have so many kids together. The only thing stopping them is that y/n wants to be married before they have kids. Peter doesn't mind that, he knows that she is the one for him. He can't wait for her to be pregnant with their children, he can't wait to be a father and watch y/n be a mother.

We are still kids, but we're so in love

Fighting against all odds

While he was looking at her and all these thoughts were running through his head, he wondered why he hasn't proposed to her yet. They have been through so much together and he knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

He knows he is in love with her, she is as much in love with him. Why has he waited? He doesn't have a ring, but he doesn't need one. He wants to spend his life with her, she is his soulmate and his one true love. They are meant to be with each other.

I see my future in your eyes

Peter grabs her hand and slowly sits up. She sits up and squeezes his hand, "Y/N, I love you so much. I want to spend the rest of my life with you," he says as he slides off the sofa and onto the floor putting one knee down, "I've known since we were 15 that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. I want you to be the mother of my kids, I want you to be there every single step of the way, I want to grow old with you. Y/N, will you marry me?"
