"Teh, tara na," Raj said with an arm nudge and snatched the baby names book I was holding.

I rolled my eyes and stood up.

"Excited masiyado eh may anim na buwan ka pa naman. Hindi pa nga halata baby bump mo," he continued as he gathered our things.

He has been nagging since he learned that I am, yeah, pregnant weeks ago.

Balae," I replied with a giggle and we high-fived.

"Nasaan na ba 'yung mga asawa niyo?" Raj interrupted again. "Bakla, ayusin mo nga 'yang gown mo. Baka matapakan mo. Tandaan mo, buntis ka. Kaloka 'to," he nagged as he knelt down to fix the gown himself. Eya and I just laughed.

"Na-miss ka lang niyan," Eya whispered and I nodded because I know that too.

I turned to him. "Nandoon sa kabila. Ikaw nga lang nandito," I replied.

"Dito talaga ako kasi dapat bridesmaid din ako. Ewan ko diyan kay Ciel kung bakit ako ginawang groom's man."

We all laughed again.

"Guys, photo op na daw," Yhin announced as she entered the room. "Hoy, Raj! Hanap ka na doon."

We laughed as we pushed Raj out of the room and went to Ciel's room.

Yes, Ciel is finally getting married. Let me put an emphasis to "finally" because it is a need.

Well, she dropped the wedding bomb a year ago, at our annual Christmas dinner. We were all so shocked we all dropped our eating utensils. Legit tulala kami for a minute because it literally is a bomb.

Sinong hindi magugulat? We all thought she has been single since that huge breakup. We knew how much it took a toll on her though she tried hard to hide it. She was so devastated, she even moved to Malaysia so she could move on. And then three years later, nalaman namin that Terrence followed her there so they could fix things.

And voila, it's their wedding day now.

...

"Are you okay? You're not dizzy? You're not nauseous?" Marco asked in a super worried tone as we sat down on our designated seats at the reception. Pinilit kong hindi siya simangutan because he's been asking the same questions the whole day. Even when we were in separate rooms to get ready, he messaged me continuously.

Hindi ko din naman siya masisi kasi ang lala nga naman ng morning sickness ko kaya masiyado na siyang na-praning. Nakikisama lang ata talaga ngayon 'yung katawan ko kaya kalmado siya.

"I'm okay," I replied with a smile. Para matigil siya saglit.

Tapos bigla akong sumimangot when I saw something.

"Why?" came the worried tone again.

"I can't drink tonight. My gosh," I answered with a frown which made him cackle. I glared at him but he still laughed.

"Your priorities, really," he said in between laughter and poked Raj who was seated beside me. "She's sad she can't drink," sumbong niya and Raj automatically slapped my arm.

"Ouch!"

Wow, I can't believe my husband really told me off to someone who nags me the most.

"Tigilan mo ako sa mga hanash mo. Kapag nakita kitang lumapit sa mobile bar, ihahampas ko sa'yo 'yang heels mo," he threatened and I turned to Marco to glare at him more.
