Ask yourself a question it's healthy. by letting your mind run free with no restrictions and no judgement. only the lucidity to stop what your doing and sit with your thoughts. to think outside of the everyday chaos and routine that can be a block on your evolving mindset . to have a moment to try and figure out a question that you can't just look up and find the answer to. in most cases it probably applies to your life . and it's likely the first fleeting thing to come to mind that should be questioned. because why was that thought the one to appear in this moment? it may cause you to obsess. or worry. or make your day shit because you can't solve a simple yet extremely difficult complex question of life. and although this could occur where you may have not resolved the question it isn't the goal per say

but the persistence to try and make better of what has happened and estranged you — that is the true answer and task to be.
