It is strange
these feelings we hold
foreign and unique
because of what goes on inside our heads
thoughts running over what we feel and what we show
There is no escape to the voices inside our heads and no limitation to what can be done
but a gift is also a curse
our honesty bringing us close as our feelings build
is nothing short to the debt it strikes
when distance is heartache's parallel.
