There's a deep feeling
a gut wrenching pain
i'm detaching
from the world around me
by your lack of presence
and flawed conceptions
that i'd be better off with someone else
and i think in the silence between us
as i hug you
when you stood in front me
looking directly into my eyes
is where your love died
or finally showed there was none to begin with.
