you joke around
you do it all and you could make anyone clap
i should be laughing. agreeing with you
but i stand here with no smile to muster
i want to laugh with you, i truly do
but my body just won't
you are a great father, that's a fact
what's wrong is in my head. what will make me glad is to see someone else. to find happiness outside of this home you've created
it's messed up—trust me, i know
to only be happy with anyone
