"What are you planning Sorn?" I furrow my brows while I listen to the girl in the other line.

I've met her a few times before due to Lisa but never in this kind of manner.

I was still stunned that Lisa and Jennie had a thing. The former never told me anything and I figured she would never tell anyone unless confronted.

"I'm not planning anything," Sorn sighed, "I just think Lisa needs someone right now especially someone who had been there with her since the beginning."

Pursing my lips, I look at my own group members laughing at a conversation.

"Fine, I'll talk to Lisa."

"Miyeon be careful with her, I can't point it out but something changed inside her."

What kind of change?

"Alright, I'll call you if something happens," I pacify her.

"Thank you," then the call ended and I went back to my friends, texting Lisa beforehand.

"Who called you?" They asked me.

"Sorn," I shrug.

Minnie raises her brow, "You're close with Sorn?"

"I'm close with Lisa," that was enough for them to understand since it was a given that both were close Thai friends.

Although I was physically present, my mind was elsewhere.

Lisa in a secret relationship with Jennie, I still am baffled at the news. They hated each other, that was for sure.

I guess the line 'The more you hate, the more you love' applies to them.

Things do change huh.

Though I'm not surprised that Jennie unnie is hurting Lisa, she always had a way of doing so even in our trainee days.

A ringing calls me back to Earth as I check the ID. Lisa's name blares out, the girl calling me immediately.

"I have to take this call," standing up.

"Again?" They whined.

Giggling, I excused myself and went back to my room before accepting the call.

"Lisa," I breathed out.

"Miyeon," the name from her mouth was now odd to hear, it's been a long time since we've made an effort to keep in touch.

"You call now when I ask you to but if I didn't then you wouldn't have bothered. Now I'm hurt Lisa," feigning a pout.

Lisa chuckles from the other line, making me smile.

"I'm sorry Miyeon, I've just been busy."

Choking it out, there was no way to get it out much smoother, "With Jennie?"

There was a minute of silence yet I knew Lisa was still there, her breathing unhurried and paced.

"H-how much did Sorn actually tell you?"

"Enough for me to understand what's going on," she takes me by surprise by chuckling lowly, I thought she would close in on me but I was wrong.

She was stronger now. Pain made her that way.

Or maybe not.

"What do you think, yeon?"

"Uhm you're doing bad?" I take it lightly.

"You never do change," she tells me and I was sure she was shaking her head already.

The glow was not there and I could tell she was holding on, pretending till the curtains close and the show ends.
