We find them in the street, in our pockets and sometimes in between our couch cushions. Can you guess what it is?

The beautiful...
The gorgeous....
The underappreciated Pennies!

Happy Lost Penny Day! It's the day we take time and scavenge around our houses to find pennies, who knows they could be used to do so much good for someone even if they might not be worth a lot. The penny was first created by Benjamin Franklin and minted in 1787. Abraham Lincoln was first minted on the penny in 1909 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of his birth!

If you have any pennies lying around and you have no idea what the heck to do with them here are a few options you can consider:

💰Start a penny collection
💰Donate it to a good cause
💰Throw them in a fountain and make a wish
💰Save them up and exchange them for Cash
💰Leave one on the ground and hope someone finds it for good luck
💰Make a penny necklace

Fun Fact: Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith is the founder of Lost Penny Day.
