Earth Hour is a day widely known by most people. The name explains it all: an hour to care for the earth.
This entails switching off your lights for an hour and making some noise for the Earth Hour movement. I know what you’re thinking - how does turning off your lights for an hour help anything? Well, the main purpose of Earth Hour is to raise awareness for the environment, and what better way to make people aware then have them turn off their lights for an hour?
I’m curious to know if you participate in Earth Hour. Do you turn off your lights? Do you raise awareness for the cause?
Consider it carefully, our planet needs us. Even if it’s just a small action (like turning off lights), it can make a difference.
