By me_n_osh

Before we start, how many of you are college students?

Well, if you are a college student, you of all people will understand the amount of hard work and efforts one has to out in during their time at college.

While hard work and efforts are okay, many college students are also unhappy with their lives.

One of the many reasons is death. Studies say that 1 of 3 college students are grieving the death of a loved one. College students are particularly vulnerable when stricken with grief.

College students are away from home and do not really talk about death with their friends. All this makes it a lot more harder. They bottle up emotions and this leads to depression.

What can we do for them? It's simple, just listen to them. You don't have to say anything. Sometimes, People just want others to listen. They just want to rant about stuff. Just listen to them.

Do you have friends in college who might be going through this? Does your sibling feel any if this? Then help them. They will appreciate it.

Did you know? The AMF (Actively Moving Forward) is dedicated to young adults grieving the illness or death of a loved one.

Smile. Tough times will pass through. Sun will always shine after the dark.
