Day: 142
International Day for Biological Diversity
By DuskieeDawn

The Earthland is a vast and mysterious place, the living forms surviving on these lands are even more unique and huge in number. The Earth is said to be home for over 12 million life forms.

The sea that covers two-third of the planet is an even mysterious and unexplored world. It is said that only 5 percent of the sea world has been explored to this day.

Biodiversity is the living fabric of our planet. As a vital part of this planet, we need to learn to appreciate it and protect it from any harm.

UNESCO once stated that, “We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”

It's time to act for biodiversity. Let's do this. Together.
