The name of this holiday says it all! I mean do I even have to explain myself? Today we celebrate and encourage kindness, we hope all people are willing to pay it forward. Whether it's opening the door for someone or letting somebody cut in front of you in a line, everyone should try to do a something for someone.
Random Acts Of Kindness started in 1982 when Anne Herbert wrote the words "practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty" on a placemat.
That's not all though because there is an organization which is internationally recognized and nonprofit (Random Acts Of Kindness Foundation) that celebrates this day using Kindness Motivational Videos, and Inspirational quotes to bring kindness to everyone's lives!
You should do something kind every day of the year not just today! So what are you planning to do that can make a change?
