Day: 160
World Knit In Public Day
By iambeyondbrave

World Knit In Public Day was started in 2005 by Danielle Landes. It takes place on the second Saturday of June each year. It began as a way for knitters to spend quality time together!

World Knit In Public Day is the largest knitter run event in the world! Knitting isn't just for grandmas or old people. It is something that everyone can enjoy and one way you can celebrate is by yarn bombing. Yarn bombing is the art of taking public structures and decorating it with colorful yarn designs/covers.
