Kenneth's POV
Bago ko ilagay sa bag ko ang ledger ko ay siniguro ko muna kung tama ba ang entries. Nang masiguro kong tama ay hindi ko na tinignan pa ang iba dahil paniguradong tama na 'yon. Tumayo ako at nag paunang lumabas sa classroom pag kalabas ng Professor.
"My Kennedy!!" Kaagad kong binilisan ang paglalakad ng madinig ang boses ni Marjun na laging pinapanindig ang balahibo ko. "Kannedy kun~~" naabutan niya ako at inakbayan. Inis kong tinanggal ang braso niya sa akin. "You love her."
"I.DONT.LOVE.AYESHA!" madiin kong sabi, napipikon na ako sa kumag na 'to.
"Luh? wala akong sinasabing si AYESHA,"nakangisi niyang sabi at natigilan ako. I averted my gaze from him and continued to walk. "ba't hindi ka makatingin? because it's true?"
"Dude? no! It's because your damn face is scaring me."
"This face?! are you that blind for Ayesha's love?? na pati ang ka-gwapuhan ko, hindi mo na makita?!" pangaasar na naman niya kaya napa-iling na lang ako.
"Seriously, shut up."
"She was here, wasn't she? why didn't she attend the last subject?"
"Why are you asking?" I stopped walking and i faced him. "Do you like her?"
Tumawa siya ng malakas habang umiiling. "Then that's a suicide, Kenneth. Why the fuck would i steal your girl?"
Nakangisi akong napa-asik sa sinabi niya. "Good. Now, lets go." sumilip ako sa watch ko bago mag lakad. "I'll be fucking late for the meeting." bulong ko sa sarili. The Supreme students will be having meeting at my office since someone tried to tarnish my name.
"Hanapin natin siya." he said out of nowhere.
"We still have meeting, dumbass."
"Dumbass? Your mouth is being soft, say something much more ruder."
"Go home, fucker."
Tumawa lang ulit siya ng malakas. "hey hey pero...what if ma-kidnapped siya? Tapos kidnapped for ransom pa? tapos magi-imbistiga yung mga police. Then malalaman nila yung ginawa mo....tapos magiging first person of interest ka pa....tapos----tapos----konsensiya ko pa!!.....grabe!...kailangan nating hanapin si Ayesha!!....ayokong makulong...." Bigla siyang tumakbo palayo habang ako ay napapailing na pinapanood siya.
a good reason to escape the meeting and to work late.
I shrugged and i walk silently. Ayesha is indeed in my head but i have more important to do than looking for her. As for Marjun, he just used Ayesha as his excuse para hindi umattend ng meeting at hindi manatili sa office ng late.
"Who the hell is this?" Nabuburyo kong tanong ng ibigay sa 'kin ni Grace ang isang photo nang makarating ako sa office.
"Julius Monterey," sabi niya. "the snitch reported that he and his friends were with Jerome fraternity. They made a deal."
"A deal?" Kunot noong tanong ko. Hindi ko tinatanggal ang tingin sa lalaking nasa litrato.
