Belle's POV
"What? By who? Is it Riker?" I shook my head and a few tears fell. She ran to my bedside and grabbed my hand.
"It's Connor. He touched me and he forced me. He told me that he was doing it as payback. That he would get you eventually but for now he could wait." I started sobbing and she hugged me.
"We will lock that bastard behind bars for even longer. Stupid jackass. As for the baby," she looked at my stomach and put a hand on it. "Welcom to the family, little one!" I laughed through my tears as Kayla started murmuring in baby language to my stomach. She looked at me and smiled before getting up.
"As much as I would love to stay and chat, there are more people outside who want to see you." I nodded and she hugged once more before shutting the door behind her.
Not even a minute after Kayla left, the O2L boys came in. They made jokes and made me smile the whole time. They even teased me about Riker.
Riker.
I missed him so much.
The way he spoke his romantic words to me and the way he always wore sunglasses but when he took them off, I saw his beautiful hazel green eyes.
I sighed and settled in to go to sleep after the boys left.
