Soulmates were the last thing on Lauren's mind on that night, but fate decided to be an angel and just dumped hers without a warning.
What was even more baffling was that her soulmate was a werewolf, and an alpha at that.
Lauren didn't feel disgus...
Lauren was woken up by a slippery thing- it was rough too, gliding across her chest and up her neck to the edge of her ear. She woke up with a start and was met with an amused wolf. It looked at her with the hint of a smirk and the twinkle in it's eyes couldn't be hidden.
"What do you want?" She looked at her phone and gasped when she saw the time, "It's only 4:30! I don't go to work until 8!" Camila whined and circled the room. She was swishing her tail back and forth and was looking at Lauren with her big wolfy puppy eyes. She looked towards the door and trotted out like a horse.
Lauren followed her out and furrowed her brows when the wolf pawed at the door. She saw this as a need to go outside and she opened it, but Camila had another idea and sprinted back into her room. When she returned, she was holding a crop top and some running shorts with a pair of sneakers that she dragged by the shoelace.

The giant mutt wanted an early run.
Lauren shook her head as she changed in front of Camila,she used to jog in the forest near her apartment but she ended it when she got her new job. Apparently Camila didn't care and just wanted to go to it. She could feel Camila's hungry gaze travel up and down her body. She shrugged it off and slipped on the shorts.
"So the forest?"
Camila nodded her head, they headed out and when they reached the front of the forest, she bit into Lauren's shorts, lightly nipping at her side.
Camila gestured with her head for Lauren to ride her.
"Why?? You'll drop me!" Lauren protested.
Camila snorted and looked annoyed with the accusation, Lauren remembered back to Camila's words from yesterday 'I will always keep you safe.' She reluctantly climbed on Camila's back.
She held tight on Camila's fur and then they were off.
It was crazy how fucking scary it was at first. Camila had no care when she just glided through the trees, it was an extremely fast pace and when Lauren looked to the side, it was all blurry. But when she had adjusted, the air that crossed her face and her hair gave her a rush of adrenaline, the bumps Camila made each time she jumped made her mate laugh out loud. It definitely helped when the wolf barked like an excited dog to relax Lauren. It was a joy ride.
When Camila finally slowed down, Lauren was still coming down from her high. She was giggling uncontrollably and the kick Camila kept receiving to her side made her finally feel like a horse.
She shifted quickly and caught Lauren in mid air, her Luna had a happy smile on her face as she hung her arms around Camila's neck.
When Lauren finally came down from her high, she looked around and her jaw slackened from the sight.
