Agent 34 backed away quickly, Avalon menacingly standing up. He towered over the elf, sweat dripping down his forehead and onto his purple and white armor. The God of Good smiled creepily at the Destigem, trying to reach a hand out towards him, but the chain yanking it back.

"Hello, young child," Avalon greeted him.

"A-Avalon?" he asked quickly. "What–,"

"Malío," the God explained. "He defeated me, locked me up here. Why are you here?"

Agent 34 gulped, stepping forwards towards the prisoner. "Braunick—he took over Renya and—,"

"No," he snapped. "I can't interfere with the force of a Key,"

"What?" The elf asked. "What's a Key?"

"Never–never mind that. Fact is, I'm not interfering and putting a stop to Braunick. I can't do it,"

"I wasn't asking for that. I was explaining why I was here, like you asked,"

"Oh," Avalon backed away, leaning against the wall. His back scrapped against it as he sat himself on the ground, chains crackling. "Proceed,"

"Braunick took over and no one in Renya could defeat him. He decided that it'd be a good idea to open a portal to your realm and try to gain your powers, but failed immensely and Malío took over his castle. We went in here to try to find you to get you to stop Malío since your power matched him,"

"I cannot be freed," Avalon told the elf. "At least, I cannot take the chains that bind me to the wall,"

"I can do it," Agent 34 said with a sense a bravery. He approached the chains, chest sticking out a bit and a smirk on his proud face.

"No, you can't," the God informed him. "At least not now. You can rescue me, but not physically,"

The elf cocked his head in confusion, not understanding what he said, forcing Avalon to go into further detail on the matter: "I represent the forces of good in Renya, Malío representing the bad; therefore, when good overcomes evil in Renya, I overcome Malío in this dimension. Until then, I am stuck here,"

Agent 34 staggered, taking a second to think things over. When he didn't respond, Avalon asked if he was alright, and he answered with a response: "I'm–I'm alright. But, this entire trip into your realm was pointless?"

"No, you lured the beast back inside didn't you?"

"Yes, but how will we get back out in time to close the portal without it following?" The elf asked, sorrow filling him. His mouth was asking questions, but his mind lingered on the fact that the deity had no role in the matter of the life and death of Renya.

"Well, to do that, you need to free me so I can hold him back,"

The idea practically threw itself into 34's mind. "I need to defeat Braunick!" He told him, nearly shouting it in excitement. "But how shall I defeat him if he's the one that can close the portal?"

"If you defeat him in this realm, then the portal will close and lock you guys in and I shall never be freed,"

"I have to take the fight back to Renya," The twin half-whispered.

"Brother, you're the only one capable of defeating Braunick. He is too frightened to harm you. He loves you. You grew up with him, side-by-side, you were the only person there for him in his youth. He was torn apart on the day that he was forced to steal your memories from you and leave you for dead in that desert,"

"That was the day I became a new person," The elf told Avalon. "That was the day that I became Agent 34. Even when my memories are restored, I will forever be that Agent that awoke in the Desert of Beasts that very day. Thank you, Lord Avalon,"

"Good luck. I look forward to being freed," the God smiled at him, shutting his eyes and going motionless. Sleep overcame him as the elf sprinted back up to his friends and to face Braunick once and for all. As Avalon told him, he was the key. Agent 34 was the only one that was capable of defeating Braunick, and that was exactly what he intended to do.
