Christina Wheeler was sitting on her bed, reading when the bedroom door burst open.
Mike ran in looking frantic.
"Do you have any quarters?" He practically yelled.
"What? No. Why?"
"I totally forgot we're going to the arcade tonight with Dustin, Lucas, and Will."
"Shit! Why didn't you tell me?" Chris yelled, clearly upset.
"Just shut up and help me find quarters!"
Chris threw her book onto her bed and hopped down, completely ignoring the ladder.
Her parents had yelled at her before for not using the ladder. Every time she jumped off the top bunk, it created a loud thump downstairs, but this was no time to care about getting in trouble.
Mike and Chris ran into Nancy's room.
Mike dug through her drawers, while Chris searched under the bed.
Finally, Mike pulled out a ceramic piggy bank that read 'Nancy.'
The twins were too busy shaking the money out to notice the door opening.
"What the hell are you doing?" Nancy asked.
"We'll pay you back, I promise!" Mike yelled.
Chris helped him pocket the coins before following him out of the room.
"Bye!" They both yelled in sync.
Nancy followed them down the stairs and through the kitchen.
"Hey! No running in the house!" Their dad tried to stop them.
"What is going on?" Their mom asked.
Chris ignored her mother as she and Mike grabbed their bikes.
"Mike! Chris!" Nancy shouted at them.
She chased them to the end of the driveway, but the twins were already too far ahead.
"Assholes!"
Chris couldn't help but smirk at how angry Nancy was.

They met up with Lucas and Dustin on the way and eventually made it to the arcade.
As they stored their bikes, a car honked in the parking lot.
The party turned around and saw Will being dropped off by his mom.
He waved through the window before turning to talk to Ms. Byers.
Will left the car and ran to meet up with his friends.
He had grown a little over the previous year, making him an inch or two taller than Chris.
