Hisashi was ever so excited to meet his baby brother, although his baby brother was only like, 2 years younger than him. He doesn't mind that they won't have the same dads, they have the same mom and that's enough! He squeals hearing their entrance door open, he's kinda excited. Like his mom, they both inherited fire quirks but he's heard that his is different, probably due to the different quirk combination their dads and mom had.

His dad had a pure dragon quirk, and his brother's dad had uh... more mega intense flames! Wow he bets his brother is gonna be so hot! Literally!

"Hisashi? Are you there? I want you to meet someone." His mom calls out to him, Hisashi quickly runs towards her, stopping when he's right infront of her. He had a large smile on his face.

"Who is it, mom?"

"You already know the answer to that, don't you?" His mom chuckles, petting his head before she steps aside.

"Oh my gosh my baby brother is such a cutie." Hisashi whispers excitedly, Enji only raises a brow at him.

"Introduce yourself." His mom says, Hisashi nods.

"Hi! My name is Hisashi, you can call me Hisashi-nii!" Hisashi says, looking at him excitedly with a big grin.

"...Enji."

"Hi Enji! What's your name?"

"It's Enji you deaf fuck you already heard it-"

"Enji! Language."

"Sorry mum."

"Sorry! I'm just so excited! Aren't you excited too?" Hisashi asks, Enji looks at him with a sour look face.

Somehow, for some reason, Hisashi accepts it as a yes.

"Enchaaan! You haven't been here before right?! I'll give you a tour of the town!"

"No."

"I'll let you buy whatever you want!"

"...As soon as I get bored we're going home."

"Yay!" Hisashi cheered! Hell yeah! One small step to becoming the best big brother ever! Enji watched with a disgruntled look as Hisashi keep fist pumping, quickly looking away.

"Go out of my room, I'm gonna change."

"Okay- bye bye Enchan!"

Enji doesn't understand why he needs to need his step-brother in the first place since he's going back to Japan after two months and probably won't come back again, like ever, and Hisashi's going to stay here in China. So what's the point of getting acquainted with someone you won't even keep contact with?

Not to mention, their clashing personalities. His mom definitely would've known yet he still wanted them to meet and actually looked positively thrilled seeing them meet each other like no mom, you both are the only two having fun here, I'm not. Although his mom kept a stoic face throughout the entire ordeal, he knows the hag is laughing at him deep inside.

Well at least he knows what sort of personality Hisashi has. A pushover, easy to please, eager to please, weird and probably easily manipulated as well. Horrible traits for a soon to be hero in training but good traits to have when you want people to leave you alone. Is what Enji would say but Hisashi is also easily excitable, oblivious and affectionate. Also persistent, annoying and kinda dumb.

He's a puppy, humanised and one thing about puppies that Enji hates is that no matter how much he hates them, he knows he'll up keeping one if someone handed one to him and forced him to take care of it. And this is sounding awfully a lot like the situation mentioned above. But it's fine, he's sure Hisashi will end up being annoying enough that he won't end up like that, right?

"Look! This would look super duper nice on you!"

Enji doesn't know what happened. How the hell did they end up in a hello kitty store with Hisashi buying him cat ears and a bunch of hello kitty snacks when just earlier he was refusing to even eat ice cream with the ravenette?

He's already wearing a Mickey Mouse themed jacket, holding flower cotton candy sprinkled with milk powder that he's still eating that had a glow stick for the stick so it glows. Hisashi put a spiky collar on his neck, got him two mood rings, prior to this Hisashi dragged him to a salon where they did weird shit to his feet, hands, hair and face and for some reason Enji hadn't been able to deny him once even if he so desperately wants to.

Hisashi pays for the headband before happily placing them on Enji's head.

"There you go! Haha I don't think my baby brother could look any cuter but here you are!" Hisashi laughs while hugging him, Enji feels the need to burn him alive and also to hug him back so Enji goes with the most logical decision since they're infront of the cashier.

Enji hugs him and then steps on his foot. Fuck you Hisashi.

"Ahaha, how rude, let's get you some pancakes now okay? Don't be mad at me?" Hisashi pleads, Enji grunts, his ears growing red. Goddamnit.

"Please? One last thing? I promise we'll go home after this!" Even if Hisashi already said that like 3 times already, Enji let's him. Hisashi is so stupid and dumb but he's kinda stupid and dumb too because he's just letting him get away with being stupid and dumb.

Hisashi beams, looking like a ray of sunshine when Enji let's out a little nod before he drags Enji by the hand, Enji does not blush. He does not. His face just feels a little warm since it's getting kind of cold and Hisashi hasn't brought him a scarf yet-

"Oh it's getting kind of cold- look those are some really nice looking scarves!" Hisashi says, "wanna look?"

"It's cold." Was all Enji says.

"Got it."

Hisashi enters the store, telling Enji to stay put outside. After five minutes he comes back and wraps a silver and green scarf all on his neck, tying it into a ribbon while Enji scowled but made no move to undo it. Hisashi was wearing a scarf which is red and yellow. There's some kind of patch on both their scarf but Enji doesn't really recognize it.

"There you go, we match now!" Hisashi says, Enji's just happy that it's not that cold anymore.

"Wait omigosh earmuffs but with cat ears-!"

Enji sighs. Here they go again.

Enji probably fell asleep on the way home because he woke up in pajamas and in his bed. The first thing that attacks his mind the moment he's conscious is holy shit Hisashi probably was the one that changed his clothes and he wasn't awake for that. Second this is that it's probably not normal to grow a crush on your step brother when it's literally been barely a day since you've started talking with each other.

At first he's like okay, I can do this before promptly realizing that shit, he has a crush on his step brother what the absolute fuck Enji. Disgusting. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself what the fuck.

He spends 10 minutes just getting upset and frustrated before he stalks the pictures Hisashi uploads of them in his Twitter which Enji hasn't followed yet but Hisashi's already following him. He practically saves every single one of them on his phone before realizing just what he was doing and he immediately deletes them all. Turning of the phone as well and placing it beside him, settling back into his bed and closing his eyes.

He got up 10 minutes later, wide eyed as he restored all the pictures and groaned into his pillow.

Holy shit he is so fucked up and so fucked.
