Jaebum and Jinyoung had stayed there on the couch for a while, not moving out of their embrace with each other. Jaebum just refused to let Jinyoung go, and Jinyoung allowed him to hold on until he had to use the bathroom. By then it was almost dinner time, and Jinyoung wanted to get in a shower beforehand.

Jaebum was heading towards the kitchen when he passed the bathroom, hearing the shower turn on. He stopped in front of the closed door, knowing that Jinyoung was in there. Jaebum felt a bit weird standing outside of the door, sort of like he was doing something perverted. But the thought of Jinyoung showering popped up in his mind and he couldn't rid himself of it.

Okay, maybe standing outside of the bathroom and listening to someone shower was in fact weird and perverted. Jaebum shook himself out of it, turning to continue on into the kitchen; he didn't want to be thought of as creepy. He paused though, when he heard something weird come from the bathroom. He walked closer to the door, pressing his ear to the wood to get a better listen.

Jaebum's eyes widened, a chill going through him as he heard the sound again. Jinyoung was... singing?

Jaebum concentrated, listening closely to hear more of it. Though the sound of water hitting the shower floor was pretty loud, Jinyoung's steady and smooth voice stood out compared to it. Jaebum didn't know the song, but he did hear the honey-like voice that Jinyoung had, and Jaebum nearly died and went to heaven. Maybe he already died and Jinyoung was an angel singing to him. One way or another, he sounded godly. Does Jinyoung even know what he can do with that voice of his?

Jaebum's imagination started to wander. What if Jinyoung were to become a singer? What if he becomes famous from that voice? What if Jaebum became the well known producer he dreamed of being while Jinyoung became a world renowned superstar? What if they made music together in Jaebum's little apartment, singing songs and writing lyrics, becoming the super-duo of the world? The things they'd be able to do together, Jaebum would love to used Jinyoung's voice on one of his songs.

Was that too much though? Was his imagination going too far? Would Jinyoung even want to work together with him on music? There's a reason why Jinyoung never sang in front of him, maybe he isn't confident in his voice? Maybe he just doesn't want to be a singer. Jaebum couldn't see how someone with such a beautiful voice could let it just go to waste, but maybe Jinyoung's dreams had nothing to do with singing at all. Jaebum still doesn't even know what Jinyoung aspires to do with his life.

Jaebum was still overall shocked though. Something touched his heart when he heard Jinyoung's voice, and he would've stayed there listening to it all day if Jinyoung hadn't finished his shower and was getting out. Jaebum realized that he'd been standing there for pretty long, and he should probably go before Jinyoung came out. He quietly made his way to the kitchen, looking star struck as he sat down with Mark who was preparing their dinner.

"Sup Jaebum, What? Have you seen a ghost or something?" Mark asked, seeing Jaebum's face that looked completely in awe.

"H-Hi Mark... no, I... have you listened to Jinyoung showering?" Jaebum asked, that being the only sort of conversation he could formulate at the moment.

Mark furrowed his brows at the weird question. "No... why are you imagining that? Instead of being a pervert about it why don't you just go actually tell him that you wanna see him naked. I'm sure he'll give you a good view."

"No Mark! I don't mean in a weird way, I mean... did you know that he sings?" Jaebum asked, still in shock about it.

"Sings? No, I just met him today. But he looks like a singer, so I'm not surprised." Mark said with a shrug.

"How does he look like one? He's never sang around me before, and we've been together for almost three days now, why am I just now finding this out? He even knows about my music Mark, why wouldn't he tell me that he freakin sings!?" Jaebum asked, wishing that he had know that fact much sooner.

"Well for one, he's cute! All singers are cute." Mark stated, the reasoning not being very solid.

"No, not all singers are cute." Jaebum said, facepalming himself at Mark's answer.

"You're cute aren't you? And you sing. He's cute and he sings. I'm cute and I used to sing. Therefore all singers are cute." Mark said with a shrug. "And like you said, you just met this dude two days ago, and this entire time you two have been running from the law. I don't think there really was enough time for him to show you his singing skills. Well, until now."

Jaebum shook his head, still in disbelief. "He sounds amazing Mark, seriously his voice gives you chills. Should I ask him about it? Should I use him on my songs? I really want to Mark, I got so much inspiration just from hearing his voice, I wish I had all of my equipment here..."

"Don't ask him about it." Mark said, catching Jaebum off gaurd, who gave him a puzzled look. "Let him tell you when he feels comfortable. I'm sure that he wants to tell you, but since he hasn't yet, I don't think it's a good idea to just expose him like that."

"But, But Mark." Jaebum whined like a kid not getting his way. "He sounds so good. I need to tell him at least that."

"Don't say shit. Let him tell you himself. If he's hiding it from you, then that means he doesn't trust you enough to tell you yet, just be patient." Mark replied.

Jaebum groaned, unable to stop Jinyoung's singing from replaying in his head. He wanted to praise him so much for his singing, but maybe Mark was right. If Jinyoung wanted him to know, he would've said something. Maybe he doesn't fully trust Jaebum with all of his secrets yet. That sort of made Jaebum feel a bit sad, but he realized that he should let Jinyoung tell him things at his own pace. Nothing's worse than someone knowing your secrets before you want them to.

Almost on cue, Jinyoung walked into the kitchen, both Mark's and Jaebum's eyes shifting over to him. He looked between the both of them, feeling a bit weird about all of the attention.

"What's wrong? Did I intrude on a private conversation or something?" Jinyoung asked, suddenly a bit anxious.

"No baby, sit down, eat. I made dinner." Mark said, gesturing to the table that he was placing the food on.

"Mark can you not call him pet names?" Jaebum asked, feeling a weird sensation in his chest from hearing it.

"He's fine with it. You know I like pet names Bummie." Mark said, of course having to call Jaebum his nickname.

"It's okay Jaebum, it's just how he talks I guess..." Jinyoung said, though he did look a bit uncomfortable.

"Yeah whatever..." Jaebum said with a roll of his eyes.

The three of them sat around the table to eat, but Jaebum just couldn't keep his mind off of this new found secret he knew about Jinyoung.

(*i know this might seem like a random chapter of jaebum being a perv and listening to jinyoung's singing in the shower, but trust me it's here for a reason skssmmd*)
