Jaebum left the bedroom much later after Jinyoung fell asleep, showing his face to the others for the first time in hours. Mark and Jackson were sitting in the living room, looking as if they were having a serious talk. Mark noticed Jaebum first, staring at him which made Jackson turn around and look too.

"Jaebum, we need to talk." Mark said, his tone scarily serious.

"Um... okay?" Jaebum stuttered, caught off gaurd by Mark's tone as he approached the two seated on the circle of couches in the middle of Jackson's living room. He took a seat, looking between the two and waiting for one of them to speak.

"While you and Jinyoung were back there... doing whatever you were doing, someone tried to get into the building." Jackson stated, his demeanor also serious.

Jaebum frowned. That didn't exactly sound good. "What? What does that mean?"

Jackson sighed, shaking his head. "Someone strange and a few other guys. They said they were looking for my apartment. The security guards called me and asked me if I knew them, of course I said no. They were escorted out but, I'm afraid that those Shadow people must know where you guys are now."

Jaebum's eyes widened. Just as he thought he would get a break, he was met with this. "Shit, are you serious?"

"Jaebum... I think it's best that we stay put. Jackson said he's gonna get more security. And he's already told the guards downstairs to not let anyone up to his apartment." Mark stated, the elder obviously setting his and Jaebum's little fight from earlier off to the side as things seemed to be getting a bit more dangerous.

"Yeah, like I said, I can guarantee you guys to be safe for a little while longer. But eventually we have to do something, or they're gonna try harder to get to us." Jackson said.

This was the last thing Jaebum needed to hear. After spending wonderful hours laying with Jinyoung, he gets hit with this information like a truck. Now they needed to figure out what to do. He immediately thought of Jinyoung and how well the younger would take the information.

"Also... I don't think we should tell Jinyoung. He'll freak out."Mark added, catching Jaebum's attention at the sound of Jinyoung's name.

Jaebum frowned, not liking the sound of that. Keeping a threat a secret from Jinyoung? That didn't make any sense. "But... we have to. He's involved too."

"Do you want him to take something and run again? He'll risk his life for us, if you want him to stay safe, don't tell him." Mark stated, his tone deathly serious, more than Jaebum was used to it being.

"But..." Jaebum tried to argue, running his hands through his hair.

No, he didn't want Jinyoung freaking out. Or stealing again. Or running away. Or risking his life to spare the three of them. Jaebum really didn't want any of that. But was basically lying to him the right way to handle things? Would that really keep Jinyoung from doing what he felt he needed to do to end all of this mess?

"Think about his safety." Jackson reminded Jaebum, as if he weren't already thinking about that almost all the time.

"We already know what he'll do if he finds out Jaebum. I don't want to risk him running again, and I know for sure that you don't want to either." Mark stated, further pushing the idea of not telling Jinyoung onto him.

But that didn't feel right to Jaebum. It left him with a terrible feeling in his stomach.

And as if on cue, a sleepy Jinyoung entered the living room. He yawned as he walked in, all eyes settling on the younger. He looked between everyone, confused by all of the attention.

"What? Is something wrong?" Jinyoung asked, reading everyone's worried faces.

"No... no nothing, we're just talking." Mark replied, glancing at Jaebum who didn't know what to say.

Jaebum just decided to stay quiet, refusing to lie right to Jinyoung's face. Trust between them started with the truth, and he didn't want to be held responsible to breaking it.

"Oh, okay..." Jinyoung replied, easily accepting Mark's answer as he shuffled over to the couch. He plopped himself down next to Jaebum, instantly cuddling against him. "Jaebum, why did you leave me?"

Jaebum was caught off gaurd with Jinyoung's clingliness, though he wasn't complaining at the feeling of his warm body pressed against him. "I just got thirsty... but I ended up sitting here talking to them. Why, did I wake you?"

Jinyoung nodded, though he whined in protest of Jaebum's disappearance. "You not being near me worried me. I want to know where you are all the time."

Then Jinyoung leaned over and kissed him, catching Jaebum totally by surprise. It was a long and breathtaking kiss that Jaebum wasn't ready for, almost melting against the couch as Jinyoung's hand moved up to hold his jaw in place.

Jaebum was left dizzy, flustered, and hot when Jinyoung finally pulled away, feeling the younger smile against his lips before he rested his head on Jaebum's shoulder. Jaebum blushed profusely, his face comparable to the color of a tomato as his eyes darted around the room.

"And you said that there was nothing between you two..." Jackson said, being the first to comment on the surprise kiss with a smug look on his face.

Mark had a bright grin on his face, the elder obviously loving Jaebum's embarassed look. Jaebum could feel his teasing tone before Mark even said anything. "So you finally did it Jaebum, huh? Took you long enough."

"Shut up, both of you..." Jaebum mumbled, shuddering as Jinyoung pressed another kiss to his jaw, only making things worse. Jinyoung was doing this on purpose now, embarrassing Jaebum with a shower of affection in front of his friends. Jaebum didn't know whether to kick Jinyoung or kiss him again for being so annoying.

"So did you two make it official? Were you guys making babies back there all this time?" Mark asked, his brows wiggling at the couple.

"Mark... men can't have babies..." Jinyoung mumbled, though he grinned at the mere thought of doing such activities with Jaebum.

"You know what I mean! Did y'all fuck or not?" Mark asked, wanting the full details of their private time together.

Jaebum shook his head, grumbling at the elder. "Stop it."

"Jinyoung didn't come out limping, so I don't think they did." Jackson pointed out.

"Even if we did I wouldn't tell you. It's not your business." Jaebum replied, his arm wrapping protectively around Jinyoung who smirked at the return of his touchiness.

"Jaebum's the type to leave hickies, Jinyoung's clean. They didn't do it." Mark said, sounding almost dissapointed that he couldn't see the aftermath of Jaebum's work on Jinyoung... yet.

Jaebum rolled his eyes. "You're not even listening to me..."

"Don't worry Jinyoung, he'll make your first together night magical. He's gentle in bed." Mark said with a wink, making Jinyoung blush and hide his face away in Jaebum's neck.

"Okay, you know what? Jinyoung let's go..." Jaebum stated, standing up and pulling Jinyoung along with him by the wrist. He was just done with talking to Mark and Jackson, not needing to sit through anymore bad news or teasing any longer.

"Oh, they're gonna do it now!" Mark exclaimed, seeming way too excited about the newly formed couple's intimate life.

Jaebum shook his head, pulling Jinyoung out of the room and back down the corridor towards where they were originally cuddled up in Jinyoung's bed. "No, I'm getting away from this conversation. I don't want to talk about this anymore."

"Wear a condom!" Mark reminded them, though Jaebum had no intention of doing that stuff with Jinyoung yet.

When he does though, he'll make sure to have plenty of condoms handy.
