Valentines Day

St. Valentines Day. The day where everyone here in St. Catherine of Alexandria High is pretty much excited with; the day where it brings together more and more pairs; the day where people confess their feelings towards each other; the day where I also finally gather my strength to tell Nick Anderson how I felt.

Nicholas Anderson. Tall, fair skin, handsome, has this amazing dark brown hair that looks as if he just gotten out of bed and it looked sexy, he has this bad boy attitude that everyone loves about. Those sea green eyes that almost looks blue and could totally drown you into deep thoughts. To me he's just so... perfect.

I know I'm not the type of girl he wants, because I'm fat and silly, I wear huge square glasses that would save my life, and I have an IQ of 157, guys like smart girls right? My hair is wavy at the tips, though I always tied it to a braid.

The name is Jane Edwards, the geek of the century. My father is American, my mother's a Filipino. My dad is a retired agent from the FBI (don't tell anyone, FBI might shoot you). My mom is a businesswoman and loves to cook and wants to own a restaurant someday. Meanwhile I do not have a sibling... Well yet.

Anyway, they say always look on the bright side. And I just wanted to tell him how I feel, it might be risky but who knows, he'll probably feel the same. Am I right or am I right?

It's not that I've been dreaming about him ever since.

Okay, I have been dreaming about him ever since I was in 5th grade.

And I think he has feelings for me because of the little moments we had.

One time in 5th grade, the first day I actually met him, he smiled at me and took my crayons without permission. He's such a sweetheart.

During 6th grade, he hit me with a volleyball ball, probably because he wanted my attention, so I just smiled at him in return.

7th grade, fate was on my side because we were partners in our literature, though I did all the work, but atleast he spent time with me. A little time. Though it was worth it.

8th grade, there was a food fight he threw spaghetti at my face and sent me a flying kiss. I almost died because I forgot how to breathe.

9th grade, while I was walking at the halls of school he pulled me into the janitors closet and he kissed my forehead! He was wearing a smirk but it still made my heart racing. But then he locked me in there, at least it was worth it. I checked my pockets to see if I might have a hairpin or something I could use to unlock the door, then I noticed my wallet was missing, I didn't even bother. First thing on my mind is he might probably have it, but I just thought of it as a payback in return of what he did.

Recently, during first semester, when we were playing soccer, I was the goal keeper in our PE class, he, I think accidentally hit me in the face with a soccer ball and when I got knocked out, he sent me to the nurse's clinic.

I then woke up with drawings on my face.

Those were the days.

"Here he comes!! AAAAHH!" Someone screamed to my ears which made me snap me back to reality.

The crowd was making an aisle for him, wait not just him, them to pass. Nick and his buddies.

Zachary Henry Johnson, also known as Zac Johnson, tall, his hair was brown with a bit of highlights, tantalizing baby blue eyes, second most popular guy in the school, Nick's best friend since and also part of the Basketball team and he was a type of guy who can really cook. Which also made the girls go gaga over him since he can really make amazing food without burning the house down. You know what they say, win him/her through their stomachs.
