Chapter 27 – Stupid Anderson

I didn't notice how time flies. I have been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for our teacher to come back, but no sign of him. God, this school's annoying. It's even more annoying when Anderson here is sitting next to me giving me weird looks. He's being weird ever since I went all Cruela DeVille on him. What is his problem?

I shifted my body to a comfortable position. My butt is aching for sitting here doing nothing. Stupid last minute meetings.

My peripheral vision notice Anderson trying to speak to me, I held out my index finger, “Anderson, it has been quite an hour and I honestly did not enjoy sitting next to you. Any minute now, the fucking bell will ring and I'll be out of my seat and out of your sight, so please. Shut up I don't want to hear your stupid voice nor see your annoying fucking face. Am I understood?” I'm pretty sure that my voice was loud because everyone's eyes were on us.

He's taken aback with what I said and chuckled, “Uh,  Edwards. I don't want to speak to you. I just want you to ask Steve, who happens to be next to you, to check his phone.”

Oops.

I feel like fainting after hearing those words from his mouth. Can somebody slap me in the face? Like really hard?

I quickly shifted my position and try to avoid his teasings.

“Hey Steve!...” He called out. I quickly pulled out my earphones to avoid whatever he wants to say and listen to my awesometastic favorite band of all time: Fall Out Boy. I hit the play button and I'm sure that I heard roars of laughter.

I just embarrassed myself in front of Anderson and in the entire class. My eyes caught those chunky Asian eyes, with a smug look. I just can't stop my eyes from rolling at her immatureness.

I just want this freaking first day to be over with.

**

It wasn't long til the bell rings. I swiftly stood from my seat and took my stuff and stormed out from the classroom. And I can finally breathe in the hallway's stench.

I walked straight to where my locker is, and found Dylan took his books for his next class. “Dy!”

“Jane, hey. How's first day?”

“It's boring. Why in hell is there an emergency meeting on a first day?” I asked while taking out my art stuff. My next class is arts, and I love to draw and sketch and paint. Besides skateboarding, I also love painting or drawing nature. But I don't seem to understand why I can't draw myself awesomely.

“Jane, you're in a Catholic school so, watch your language,” I rolled my eyes, “To answer your question, the superintendent of every Catholic School forgot to announce that there'll be Inter-scholastic Decathlon, the coverage is in the areas of Math.”

"Oh, that's it? Math is just a particle of dust."

“Particle of dust? Wow.” he chuckled.

I was about to say something until annoying gushes of girls are heard. My eyes isn't done seeing Anderson “Hello Ladies.” he greeted us, “Oh, wait. I'm sorry I didn't recognize you there Dylan. I thought you're a lady with your blond hair.”

“What do you want Anderson?” I asked in a dull tone.

“I just want to put my things into my locker.” he said

“Then scram. Go find your locker.” I fumed. My time of the month must be close. I've been really pissed right now. Probably tomorrow I'll be eating largr combos in McDonald's.

He chuckled, and I wasn't even amused right now. “Why so pissed Jane?” I glared at him.

“Look man, don't make things harder. Just walk away.” Dylan warned.

“I will when I put my things and grab the others in my locker. Which happens to be in between your lockers.” he said.

My jaw dropped and I feel embarrassed. I took a step aside and let him put his stuff there. I think I have gone overboard of this hating thing. I might as well tone down.

“Hey Jane. I'll catch you later, ‘kay?” Dylan suddenly said.

“Why? Don't leave me with this idiot.” I said.

“I can hear you you know. And I'm not an idiot.” Nick said, I just rolled my eyes at him and wave him off. He started to put his things and grab those he needs.

“My mom is here. She wants me to help her with... something. I need to run. I'll text you when I get back.” he kissed my forehead, I swear I heard Anderson snort, and then Dylan left.

Awww, now I'm lonely.

I groaned and planned on ditching Anderson. Though I couldn't help but check out his face. God, he's so fine. Like Ian Somerhalder shirtless... Now that is super fineeee. Nothing can be finer than that yummy meat.

“Jane, you have something here...” Nick pointed to the edge of my lips, when I felt it. God it was wet. I was drooling! Why am I such an embarrassment? “It's okay, girls always drool in my presence.” he smirked.

“As if Anderson. I wasn't dreaming about you, I- I was dreaming about Ian Somerhalder and how hot he is.” I crossed my arms.

He chuckled, “You're a terrible liar, Jane.” Actually I'm the best in lying. I just don't seem to understand why he's not convinced. This is odd.

I was about to say something but school bell started to ring for the next period.

“Later Anderson.”

“Umm, Arts is that way Edwards.” he pointed to my left and I nervously turned. Damn, the sign is pretty huge that it's still freaking obvious I like him. Wait, what am I saying?! I hate him!

“And how did you know my next class is Arts?”

“Through observation, Jane. I can see you carrying your art materials there.” he finished it with a smirk. I smacked myself then heat started to rise in my cheeks.

I groaned and stomped my way to my next class, with Anderson on my tail. “Ugh, don't tell me you're in this class too?!”

“Of course not. I'm just accompanying you to your second class.”

“Go away!” I shouted. People were starting to look at us and whisper.

“I will if you'll go skateboarding with me this weekend. There's this awesome place that–”

“Anderson! Please just...  Just go. Gosh how annoying could you get?”

“Come on Jane. Just once! And I swear I won't bother you again, unless you'd like to go for a second date?” he blocked me from the door.

I shot him a dead look and pushed him aside. “Goodbye Anderson.” With that, I went in to class.

“I'm not giving up Jane! I will have a date with you.” he shouted making me flinch. I turned to look at him and give him an annoyed look, yet he winked at me. O M G. I melt. Wait, what am I saying? I hate him.

Keep lying to yourself. My conscience started.

I took my seat and waited for my teacher to arrive. What is it with teachers here being late?

Suddenly the unthinkable happened. Something hit my head, which made me furious! I turned to the person responsible for it, she wasn't even sorry. She smirked! And raised an eyebrow!

She. Is. Really. Going. Down.
