A Thousand Years

Tris POV~

"Let's go girls! It's 7:00 AM! Wedding is at 3:00! Chip chop ladies!" Elaine shouts.

Everyone is in Christina's apartment and running around with muffins and dresses. Make up is scattered along the counters. I'm wearing a robe and my hair is wet. They said not to do anything.

"There's the bride!" Marlene shouts and pulls me over to a muffin and sits me down.

"Gosh Tris I'm so excited! And I think Ava is too since she keeps kicking!" Shauna laughs.

These moments with my second family make me so happy. Tears start to form in my eyes and for once, they are happy tears.

"Oh Tris what's wrong?" Lynn gives me a sad look.

"No guys. This is happy tears. It's just an amazing feeling to have everyone here." I laugh and wipe my tears.

They all awe and Elaine comes up telling me to eat. My bridesmaids and maid of honor will be taking a different car to the ceremony. Everyone in the dauntless compound was invited.

Once I was finished eating it was time to get ready. But first, I watched the girls get ready before I change.

"These dresses are gorgeous. Maroon colors are fabulous!" Elaine exclaims.

My bridesmaids are in the maroon, mid thigh length dress. Shaunas baby bump sticks out. Marlene and Lynn look flawless. Their hair are in loose curls and they take off. Then Christina walks out and I stare into the most beautiful girl I've seen.

"Gosh Chris! You're beautiful!" I run over and hug her.

"Oh please Tris. I want to see the dress!" She whines but I shoo her out.

Elaine comes over and helps me out with make up. I didn't want too much so she gave me a dark gray eye shadow, basic mascara and foundation. My eyes lit up and my hair was just natural which I loved. Time to get my dress on.

Tobias POV~

Today's the day. The day where my Tris is going to be Tris Eaton. Caleb, Uriah, and an initiate which is one of my close friends named Ryan were my groomsmen. Zeke of course was my best man.

I have my tux on. It has a white rose in the pocket and plain black. My heart is racing. It's only 2:30 and in half an our I'll be married. Tris is just arriving and no one knows what she looks like. The suspense is killing me.

"Four you ready?" Ryan winked at me.

"Nervous as hell." I sigh.

"Ah you'll do fine. Legendary four." He laughs and so do I.

"She's here!!! But I didn't get to see her dress!" Hilary shouts while running in.

"Damn it! I want to know so bad!" Christina stomps her foot.

"PLACES EVERYONE! Guests are arriving so get in the pit now!" Elaine screams.

We all walk to the pit. Hundreds of dauntless were above us and about fifty on the ground with us. Totally not nervous.

Tris POV~

This is it. My stomach is twisting and I'm nervous. My dress fits all my curves and Elaine said I looked breath taking. Hopefully Tobias thinks so too. We are in the hallway behind my bridesmaids and maid of honor. The groomsmen and best man are lined up across them.

"Good luck Tris." Caleb shouts without looking at me. No one can see me yet.

Then I heard the music start to play and there's no turning around.

Tobias POV~

Everyone goes silent in the pit. The music starts to play and Zeke and Christina walk out with linked arms. Then it was Uriah and Shauna. Lynn and Ryan. Lastly was Caleb and Marlene. There were some gasps from seeing Caleb.

Then here it comes. Here comes my bride. Once Beatrice Prior walked in I wanted to jump and grab her. She took my heart away. The dress was strapless white with swirl designs place. It was straight down and fit her beautifully. She had the biggest smile on her face. And so did I.

Tris POV~

I walked in and everyone's eyes were on me. Christina's mouth was wide open and tears in her eyes. The girls had a grin on their faces and some dauntless members from above cheered. Tobias just stared at me and smiled so bright. He was so handsome.

I managed to walk down the aisle and meet him at the altar. I grabbed onto his arm and gave him a squeeze to show how nervous I was.

"Today we are here to support and to celebrate two young adult's love." Tori smiles.

"Rings please." And then Zeke passed us our rings. My heart is going to explode.

"Four, repeat after me. I, Four Eaton will have and to hold Beatrice Prior."

"I, Four Eaton will have and to hold Beatrice Prior."

"From this day forward, for better or for worse." Tori instructs.

"From this day forward, for better or for worse."

"For richer or for poorer in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish as long as we both shall live."

Tobias repeats it and so do I. Then we exchange our vows. Of course I go first and this is where I show everyone my true feelings.

"Four Eaton, from the day I first laid eyes on you, I thought you were scary." Everyone giggles.

"However, you taught me bravery and strength. Wisdom and what it's like to have a true family. I know you will always love me. We have been through pain and happiness. I still cannot comprehend how amazed I am that you picked me out of all the beautiful girls here." A tear slides down my cheek.

"I will forever pay you with my honesty and love." Then I slip the ring on his finger. I looked up and he gave me an adorable smile and I blushed.

"Beatrice Prior, once you fell from that net I knew I had to stay. I couldn't let anyone harm you in any way. You were so different and sticked out the most. You're a warrior and the most selfless person I know. I will love you until the very end and will always be grateful for the love you have granted me these past two years." He takes the ring and puts it on my finger.

"Now, we shall engrave your wrists with the tattoos." Tori takes out her stuff to get us ready.

This was the idea I loved the most. To exchange our faith, we are getting Four and Six on our wrists. After that Tori says, "Four, do you take Tris to be you lawfully wife?"

"I do."

"And do you, Tris take Four as your lawfully husband?"

"I do."

"You may kiss the bride."

Tobias pulls me close and kisses me into a trance. The kiss was sweet and filled with trust and faith. My body felt light and I am finally Beatrice Eaton. I have waited a thousand years for this day.

Heyyyyy it's picture day today and I'm in a cute outfit, totally me:) anyways I'm sitting in the gym waiting and doing nothing for the next hour so I'll probably write my sheo fanfic. Have a good day peeps and wish me luck for my field hockey gameee❤️
