“You’re attending this meeting.” Arthit wasn’t asking, he was commanding.

Kong stared at him dumbfounded.

After recovering and having his diet fixed with a physical trainer, Kong didn’t actually feel ready to be facing anyone, facing Arthit after a whole week felt weird in itself.

After that night, Kong was mostly trapped in his little room, sometimes Chiya visited him, sometimes Tanawat, Arthit never did visit him again.

Chiya had made sure he took all his medicines and sometimes even made him a whole meal with the little stove she got installed, he needed it.

For the first two days, he had been so exhausted to even get up, and was just infused with glucose three times a day until he finally started to walk around outside the room, smiling and talking with kids in the little park, and gradually he found himself getting healthier than he had ever felt.

He hadn’t realised it before how it felt not  to go to sleep until his legs were shaking in exhaustion, even earlier, all the shifts always made him into a pulp by the end of it, but at present, Kong felt way too much pampered that it was difficult for him to stay at his room but he had to because he had work to do, Tanawat made sure he worked with the information regarding Kirati, and Kong was doing his best, probably more than best.

Kong had found strong evidence against Porsche, who was working within the Rojnapat Empire, corrupting his way all along.

All this time, Kong even got enough time for himself to think about how he was going to pull Chiya out of this mess, his mind was settling on a plan, but his heart was aching, he couldn’t be sure and he wasn’t working on the plan, he couldn’t come into terms of the mess he was going to put himself into just to get her out.

So when he was summoned by Arthit, he had no will to do so, but there he was, standing in front of Arthit who was sitting comfortably on his couch with Chiya beside, somehow feeling relieved as Chiya was dressed in a sundress, looking a little too bright and looked like she was going for somewhere.

“Do you understand? You're coming for the meeting with me.” Arthit said as sternly as he ever spoke.

Kong gave a short nod before glancing at Chiya instead who was getting to her feet.

Would he really be able to pull off his plan?

“I want you to finish and file up all the data, Kirati and Porsche will be there and I want you to point out every detail so there’s no room for mistakes and no doubts from their side.” Arthit was speaking so sharply and he looked so devoid of emotions that it settled a certain fear in Kong's chest, what was going to happen in this meeting?

“Chiya.” Arthit's voice returned back to a warm whisper and Chiya nodded at his directions before grabbing Kong's hand and taking him away from the living room altogether.

Kong was a little surprised and felt too strange to sit rather gingerly on the huge  soft white bed, Arthit’s bed.

Kong reminded himself as he shifted to barely be sitting by the edge of it while Chiya was settled beside after pulling out quite a few pairs of business suits.

“They’ll be perfect on you.” Chiya said while making Kong slip into one of the coat, Arthit’s coat.

“Why do I need these?” Kong asked, a little confused, he had never been in this room, in Arthit’s bedroom that he shared with Chiya, the way she was switching from different suits over him.
