“Come on, you can’t be serious right now.” Arthit was whining, barely covering himself in the sheets while Chiya had slipped back into her jeans, hardly giving him a glance before slipping into her shirt.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to-”

“I don’t care.” Chiya deadpanned, still her back to him while Arthit looked like a mess in himself.

“It isn’t like a big deal for us, Chiya, it’s the first time something like this has happened.” Arthit was sighing.

Chiya really couldn’t care, nothing would’ve affected her and everything was going the way it always went, but when Arthit blurted out Kong's name in the middle of it, Chiya couldn’t do it anymore, leaving him in the middle like the mess he was.

“I seriously wouldn’t care if you had spoken someone else’s name but you literally called out Kong! Do you know how messed up this is!” She looked like she was already having a headache, Arthit calling someone else’s name was embarrassing enough but calling out Kong was just pathetic.

“Chiya!”

“Don’t pull that kid into your mess, Arthit, I beg of you!” She looked like on a verge of tears.

“I swear, I am doing nothing-”

“Do you really think that I'm that dumb? I see it, Arthit, what’re you trying to do with him, please try to understand, he’s barely even mature enough. He has no bloody idea!” She said tying her hair, trying to avoid him in every way possible.

“Chiya, this is my matter to deal with, whether I sleep with him or not has nothing to do with you.” Arthit said, wearing back his own clothes.

“Well, it has everything to do with me, and I want you stay away from him.” She said sternly,

Arthit sighed slumping back on the bed.

“It’s either me or him.” She said a little too bitterly, holding back her tears because she felt the stinging pain in her heart, despite it all she knew who Arthit would choose by the end of it all.

She suddenly froze, “Where is Kong?”

To that, even Arthit seemed to freeze, they had totally lost track of him.

Kong didn’t know what he was doing anymore, he was just drunk, smoking with his head on Knot's lap as he laid there on the sidewalk just a little away from the club uncaring of how they maybe looking like to the people passing by, it was a club area, people were mostly drunk anyway.

Kong didn’t even know if he was actually smoking a just a cigarette, it smelled something else, clogged his head, and he was pretty sure it wasn’t a cigarette but some drugs, but he didn’t care anymore, anything to make him forget about his predicament.

“So you don’t like Chiya?”

“Not really my type, I've had a thing for her a few months ago but not anymore.” Knot sighed, passing him back the stick and Kong tried to give a little nod while inhaling the smoke.

“You seem like a good guy, Knot…. How did you land up here?” Kong asked.

“Well…. I don’t have much to myself to be honest, but… I have friends, that’s all I have…. I saw him a couple of years ago, met him in a party, we were just doing well together…. Until I spotted a hitman, targeting him, ready to shoot him and I did what deemed as the most sensible thing at that moment, I jumped in, took the bullet to my shoulder instead of him…. And maybe…. That’s how he started to trust me way too much….” Knot was slurring but Kong couldn’t care less.
