Cameron's POV:

______________

It was scary how tight she held onto my hand while she was sleeping. She would twitch every now and them, shifting in her seat.

I was scared for her, and I'm scared that she's just hiding her pain, and that one day she's going to explode.

Her mother is a fucked up woman, and even though I would never say that to Jessi, I can admit it to myself.

I've never disliked someone so much that I didn't even know. Never had such hatred thoughts.

The plane was landing, and Jessi had managed to sleep the short ride to the other side of Cali.

It's sounds crazy taking a plane ride to California whenever you're already in Cali, but a car ride would have taken forever.

I rubbed circles in her hand, slowly waking her up.

"Stop." Her voice was loud, and her breathing increased. Her eyes flew open, she leant out of her seat faster than I could even react.

"It's okay." I panicked, not knowing what to do, I held onto her arm.

"Oh my god." She ran her fingers over her face, and hugging me afterwards. She was scared, and damn, so was I.

"I'm sorry." She wailed into my chest, her hand clinging over my neck. "I had the worst dream ever." She breathed out.

"Calm down." I rubbed the back of her head, comforting her the best I could.

Charlie and Nash looked worried, but I motioned for them not to stare at her. I don't want her being embarrassed.

"Are we here?" Her head was still buried into my chest, and I whispered yes to her. I could feel the plane slowly lowering.

(Sorry it's so short, the next one will definitely be longer! Thanks for 5k reads, ilyyy)
