"Where's Cam?" Ellie asked, looking around the apartment. I'm wondering the same thing.
"I don't know." I lowly said. I shouldn't worry about it. I shouldn't.
"Okay." She awkwardly said, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah." I lifted my head, and locked my eyes with hers, "It's just he never leaves without telling me-" I shook my head, "It's nothing. I'm over exaggerating."
"Let's watch a movie or something." She changed the subject, "You can pick it out, I suck at picking movies."
I chuckled, remembering the time Cameron and I first met, and he wanted me to stay the night with him, and we watched movies.
I picked out the movie Carrie for us to watch, considering that I haven't watched the new version yet. The old one sucked, like, it's not even worth watching.
"I'll get a cover." I stood from the couch, and grabbed a blanket from the hallway closet.
"I'm going to turn up the heat, because I'm really cold." I chuckled, twisting the heat knob.

I was almost a sleep through the movie, and although Ansel Elgort is insanely adorable; I was drifting anyways.
The door opened, Ellie's eyes meeting mine and we both share the same expression towards the door.
"Cameron." I assured her, knowing she was probably worried it was Cal or something.
I stood from the couch, making my way to Cameron.
"Hey." He said, kissing my cheek and walking straight pass me.
"Hey?" I said.
"Ellie." Cameron greeted her.
"Cameron." She greeted back.
He was acting different, and it might sound crazy that I'm so quick to judge, but I know him too well to know that something is wrong, and even though he isn't being rude, there is still something weird about the way he walked in and barely even looked at me.
I walked back to the bedroom with him, plopping myself onto the bed, and glanced at him a few times.
"Where've you been?" I asked, sinking into my pillow.
"Just went to visit Nash." He shrugged, pulling his shirt over his head and tossing it to the floor.
"Without me? You're not the only person who misses Nash and Charlie." I spat.
"First of all, Nash and Charlie aren't a thing anymore. Second, I didn't think you'd want to go anyways."
"You could have at least asked, and Nash and I are closer than you appear to think." I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Nice." He smiled, looking away from me.
"Are you mad at me or something?" I barely said, my whispered voice sow low, I could barely hear it.
"Nothing's wrong. I'm just tired, and it's been a long day."
"It's only 2:47." I checked my phone, locking the jammed lock button.
"I'm taking a nap." He turned away from me.
"No you're not."
He turned around, facing me and my angered expression. It's okay if he's having a bad day, but he will not talk to me the way he is without telling me what's up.
"Jessi, I'm not mad at you," he chuckled, "Nash said a few things to me today, and I'm upset about it, and I'm taking it out on you. Just let me be."
I stayed quiet, crawling myself out of bed.
"Where are you-"
"Go to sleep." I growled.
