Cameron's POV
///"Dude, stop freaking out. Her dad just died. Of course she going to-"
"You're not making anything better, Nash." I spat at him.
"She broke up with me." Saying the words out loud almost made me cringe.
"She what? Why? How? When?" He was acting like a teenage girl.
"She claimed she needed a break, and I guess I'll respect it." I said, "But I think it's stupid."
"Lighten up dude, she'll soon realize that she needs you."
That conversation was exactly three months ago, and Jessi still hasn't called me or attempted to ever talk to me.
So, I'm doing what any other guy would do, and I'm going out with another girl. Which, is the same girl I've been going out with for the past week now.

Jessi's POV
"Julian, you have to stop." I lightly said to her, "Bringing a different man in this house every night is not going to help you get over this."
"Jessi, you don't understand." She said calmly, completely ignoring everything I said.
"I do understand."
"How? Because you broke up with Cameron? Jessi, you did that to yourself. You can have Cameron back anytime you want, but I'll never see Will again."
"You didn't have to bring up Cameron." I lightly said, quickly grabbing my makeup bag that I let her borrow and walking out of the room.
"I'm sorry." She yelled after me.
"Do you want to come with me? On my date?"
"Not really." I truthfully said.
"Do this for me." She looked at me, "I'm just trying to find someone to take my mind off of Will because it's fucking killing me, okay? Can you please try and understand that?" Her voice croaked.
I sighed, "Okay okay. Just don't cry, please." I didn't look at her in the eyes not once.
"Thank you." She said to me while I walked off to my room to get ready. I've been staying here with Julian to help her out, but I don't know if I'm even helping at all.
"Oh, and he is bringing his daughter, and his daughter is bring her boyfriend."

Cameron's POV
"I'm sort of nervous to meet your dad." I said to Lyla.
"Nervous? Why would you be nervous?" She bluntly said, putting her earrings in. She is always wearing earrings.
"I don't know." I lightly said.
Her hair reminded me of Jessi. The color was almost the exact same, and it was usually always straight.
I can't think about Jessi now. I need to think about Lyla. I need to smile and laugh and be happy with Lyla because Jessi is completely out of the picture now.
"You look good." She bit her lip, walking her way towards me on the bed and kissing me on the lips.
I do know one thing though, she definitely doesn't kiss like Jessi. Lyla's lips are smaller and it just feels different. I don't know if I even like it.
Fucking Jessi. Can I please stop thinking about you.
"What's wrong?" She asked, and I blinked a few times before realizing I was frowning.
