Calum looked at the melting ice at the bottom of his glass. He didn't know how long he'd been sitting in that bar and he didn't even remember how many glasses that he'd drank that night. He didn't even care anymore because he was hurt and he wanted to make the feeling gone.
It'd been three days since the last time he spoke to Claire. After the incident that night, Luke had shut himself from Calum and Claire. And Calum had thought that it was the best for him to leave the house and went to somewhere else where he could clear his head. He was still trying to wrap everything in his head.
He looked down to his phone at the bar table. There were 72 miscalls and over than a hundred texts from Claire, Michael, Mali, his Mom and Summer.
Summer.A picture of that red haired girl flooded into his mind. He began to wonder what if Summer was here with him. What would she tell him? What would she do to him when she saw him in this kind of condition?
Calum chuckled dryly- clearly already got drunk since he'd been drinking all night long. He downed another glass of vodka. The liquid felt like burning his throat and down to his stomach. He was determined that he wouldn't stop until the pain was gone.

It was 10.37 P.M when Summer arrived at the penthouse. She'd been searching for some certain black haired guys for days but it resulted nothing. It'd been three days since he was gone. Summer was really worried and she hadn't sleep for three days because she couldn't keep him out of her mind. She kept praying that he'd be okay and she wished that Calum didn't do anything stupid to harm himself. God, even the thoughts made a shiver running down Summer's spine. She shook her head to get rid off her negative thoughts.
He's okay. He's okay, Summer reassured herself.
She put her palm flatly against the cold marble kitchen counter, trying to balance herself because she was really exhausted. She was physically and mentally drowned with the news of Calum that suddenly disappeared. She still remembered the pain and guilty look on Claire's face when she told her about everything that had happened that night.
They'd been searching for him to any places that he loves to visit whenever he goes to New York, but there was no sign of him. They hadn't report to the police station yet, because they had a faith that Calum was okay.
Summer had the penthouse all to herself this night since the Hoods were all gone, searching for Calum to another city. They'd thought that maybe Calum ran off to another city. Mali knew exactly what had happened to his brother but she decided not to tell her parents about it. She'd even made Summer promised that she wouldn't tell what Calum's problem was to their parents.
Summer heard the sound of her cell phone ringing. She opened her bag and began to look for her phone. She took it out and surprised to find Calum's name was on the screen. A photo of him with Nathan when they were at the amusement park flashed on the screen. Summer quickly pressed the answer button.
"Calum!" She shrieked. "Where the hell have you been, you asshole?! We've been looking for you for days!"
"Um- I'm sorry, is this miss Summer?" A voice was heard from the other line and it wasn't Calum's voice.
Summer furrowed her eyebrows. "Yeah. Who are you? Why do you call me from Calum's phone?" She asked. Summer's heart was beating really fast right now. She prayed that Calum was okay in her heart.
There was a slight pause from the other line then followed by a relieved sigh. "Miss Summer, I'm Adam. Mr. Calum is really drunk right now and he's about to pass out. Can you come to pick him up? He asked me to call you, asking you to pick him up in this bar," the man said again.
