Klaus P.O.V

I left North and a sleepy Constance in the front room as I went to check on Connor, who might I add was barely hurt and was completely fine after I stitched him up, but being the pansy he is, he insisted on staying in the infirmary overnight 'Just to be sure' he reasoned. I walked into his room and saw him sitting on the bed.

"Finally Klaus, I've been waiting for like ten minutes!" he whined, I rolled my eyes and said with a sigh, "In case you forgot stupid, tonights the full moon and almost the whole pack's out on the run you decided to miss" I hissed at him.

He just glared, "They'll understand that their Alpha is injured and needs rest after Miah attacked me!" he growled, but this wimp doesn't scare anyone anymore, we have North to thank for that. I growled back and walked over to the medical table.

"You do realize you're losing the packs respect a little every day, right?" I asked but once again he growled aggressively, "You have no right to speak to me that way!!" he screamed. But I only stared, "People don't fear you anymore Connor, ever since she disappeared, you've been a damn mess, and everyone can see it" I spoke the truth

He growled again, "Do NOT talk about her, not to me Klaus!" he snapped, I know that topic makes him angry and mean but I don't care, he needs to hear the truth whether he wants to or not, he needs to wake up. Miah did, so why can't he?

"Listen you need-" I was suddenly cut off by a sound of glass breaking and a scream. Both mine and Connor's eyes darted towards the sound, and within seconds I was out the door and racing down the hall with nothing but 'what ifs' on my mind. Was someone hurt? Did someone break-in? I didn't know.

As I ran into the living room, I saw Constance standing over an unconscious North with broken glass all around her, his nose was bleeding and his arms held scratch marks, not to mention his fingernails were covered in blood.

Constance was crying as she stared at her mate, she was scared, not of him, but for him. I slowly stepped forward and gently asked the poor girl, "Cony? what happened?" I questioned trying to keep my voice calm. She slowly looked up at me with tears in her eyes, "I-I don't know, I heard glass breaking so I woke up and saw h-him like this" she spoke.

I nodded and slowly walked over to North and kneeled down, I carefully looked over him to see if I could find anything strange about him, this place is more than safe and secure, so no one could break in easily. I gently pulled his eyes open and expected to see his normal golden eyes, but no, I saw something completely different.

His eyes were still gold but much darker and the whites of his eyes went completely black and looked angry. Then I realized what happened to poor North, not only did his wolf try and take control but another power did as well, the one he neglected to tell us about were trying to forcefully take over.

Not only were they fighting North, but they were fighting each other for complete control over North's body. "What is it?" Constance asked as I let go of her mate, "What's wrong with him!?" she demanded while gripping his hand very tightly. "His beasts tried to forcefully take over" I mumbled.

She frowned and looked back down at North and pushed some on his black hair back and ran her hands through it, "What should we do?" she asked, I frowned and thought for a second, but I could only come up with one answer, no matter how hard I searched for something else.

I know she said to not bother her unless it was something major but I don't know what else to do, Constance is a witch but not as powerful or knowledgable as her, so the only solution is to bring him to her and let her decide what to do.

"We need to get him to Nymeria"

=================================

Nymeria's P.O.V

I guess you could say I was nice living alone in the forest after North returned and was fully healed, he asked if I wanted to stay at the packhouse with him but I declined, not that I didn't like the pack, I just liked to be alone. Ever since Luther, I always liked being alone and keeping to myself.

So, after everything with the pack was settled, Miah gave me a house deep in the woods that was built to be a private house for the Alpha's family but hasn't been used since Connor took over as Alpha and lost his mate, so she said I could use it for now.

I specifically told them to not bother me unless it was something urgent, I don't want to get more involved than I need to, I overstepped my bounds last time, I don't need to anymore. When North was shot, I could not do anything, my magic couldn't help or even affect the wound.

I would have had Constance do the healing spell but the poor girl was too unstable, so when he was healed, I left and he understood, saying he would visit me once a week, that was our agreement, I think he considers me his friend now, which is nice but I don't see him that way at all.

I have known him for longer than I'm willing to admit, but he doesn't need to know that just yet. As I said before, he needs to discover these things on his own with no help, it's the only way he'll be able to handle it properly. Especially after the whole Constance and Vampire incident, he needs time to wind down.

I was simply meditating in the front room when I heard a loud knock on the door, I sighed and stood from my seat, North normally comes on Friday's and today is Sunday so it cannot be him. Maybe it's just Miah asking a question? I don't know.

So I walked over and quickly opened the door, on the other side I saw Klaus the pack doctor and Constance holding an unconscious North who's nose and arms were bleeding heavily, I stared at them in shock.

Then Klaus spoke up, "Please help him!" he begged

"What's wrong? what happened to him!!?"

"His beasts tried to force control"
