To see is not enough
Our mind seeks to touch
To feel the thunder
And smell the wonder
That's embedded in our minds
Age worthless without time
Gone at the ping of a wind chime
Sleep is worth no dime
To explore the riches of the mind

"If people refuse to look at you in a new light and they can only see you for what you were, only see you for the mistakes you've made, if they don't realize that you are not your mistakes, then they have to go." ― Steve Maraboli

Nymeria's P.O.V
I wasn't too sure about this, in fact, I wasn't sure at all about this. I called in Ashby at North's request, I understand that he's scared and stressed about his lost memories and the two monsters in his head. At first, this boy was more of a project of sorts to me, nothing short of an experiment.
But things have changed since then, I see this boy as something special and after observing him for a while, I guess you could say I've grown attached to him. Not in a mother way, that's Miah's job, but I guess in an older sister way? No that doesn't sound right. I don't know, I just feel that I need to be around this boy.
I want to help him but I cannot risk putting him in danger, but I can trust Ashby, considering his past, he'd never do anything to hurt North, ever. I feel slightly horrible for not telling Ashby what North is to him, but we already have several problems to deal with, we don't need to add more.
He recognizes North, I know that much but he can't understand why I need to keep it that way, for now, I need them to remain, strangers, till this spell ceremony is over. So here North laid on the bed, looking peaceful, I stared at him for a minute or two. He was determined to get this over with, can't say I blame him though.
I wish I could do more for him, but I can't. I wasn't lying when I said that I couldn't do this spell on my own, even I don't have that power. So I called in Ashby to help me with this and I knew after I explained, that he would do this in a heartbeat. He knows North, he just doesn't know it himself yet.
I sighed and rubbed his head as Ashby and Miah were setting candles all around the room and spreading salt, in order for this spell to work, we need complete and utter silence and a clean environment. "Promise me he'll be ok," Miah said as she walked towards the door, she looked over at North and smiled.
"He's like a son to me" I smiled warmly at her and nodded, "I promise" She nodded then walked out. Leaving Ashby and me alone with North. He sighed as he stood and rubbed his hands together, "Ready?" he asked, I nodded a little hesitant, I have only read about spells like this, but never tried them.
"He'll be fine" he assured me and I smiled and nodded to him, he smiled back and walked over to the table and picked up the potion that was made just hours ago. It was bright blue and had a slight glow to it, like his necklace.
He slowly walked over and stood next to me and placed a hand on my shoulder in comfort then dropped it down and opened the bottle and dipped his finger in. He then leaned down and rubbed it across North's forehead slowly. He capped the bottle and quickly set it down, then he reached over and grabbed my hand.
"I need to channel your energy" he spoke, I nodded understanding and raising my hand with this, "Listen to my words, then copy" he commanded then began to speak in a different language, more like chanting, I caught onto his words and repeated them closing my eyes as he was.
Normally I felt higher than everyone else, considering I knew so much, but with Ashby here, a man who's older, stronger, and wiser than me. It makes me feel a little inferior to him.
I felt my magic energy begin to drain slightly, which is understandable, I mean this is a very powerful spell that takes a lot of work.
This is all for you North
Don't mess it up Kid

North's P.O.V
Suddenly my mind was torn from the darkness and forced into the light, I then felt a chill all around me. I then fought through my mind and forced my eyes to open but slowly this time, I've been in this situation so many times, I know the drill.

I was greeted with bright light but it wasn't like you'd expect, it wasn't like the sun, no this light was white and gray, I felt drops of snow hit my face as I opened up my eyes. Once they were fully open, I looked all around me and saw that I was laying in the dead of winter. I moved my head slowly and checked my surroundings.
Then I slowly sat up, feeling a slight ache in my head as I moved to look around this place I was sent to. Was this my mind? But then why was it winter here?
I looked down and saw that my clothing had changed, I was wearing a grey long sleeve shirt and jeans, strange. This whole thing felt dream-like, maybe that's because it's happening inside my own head, but that doesn't make it not real.
So many questioned ran around in my mind that I found it hard to focus on the situation at hand. Ashby and Nymeria sent me here to officially meet my beasts, Rhys and Jack, so do I need to go and find them, or are they finding me?
I wondered as I continued to look around me in fascination, this place was truly incredible. The snow was everywhere, covering the trees and empty landscape in front of me. This place felt familiar to me like it had brought me comfort in the past or something.

Can't say I blame my feelings, this place is very calming, maybe that's why it's inside my head, I find it comforting to me. It makes sense, but I'm in no place to be making assumptions. I shook my head and focused, then I spoke out loud, "Ok Jack and Rhys, where are you?" I questioned taking a few steps forward.
"You don't need to"
A very familiar voice spoke from behind me, I jumped around and saw a stranger walking out from behind snow-covered trees.
