Bey's POV
"Okay babe! I'm ready," I said as I walked out of my closet.
I went into Jay's closet, but I didn't see him, so I headed downstairs into the living room and saw Jay standing there and some more decorations.
"What is all of this?," I asked him smiling as I walked into the living room.
"These are all of the cards and pictures from your family, sisters, friends, Vanessa, and me, and I just tied them to balloons because I thought it looked cool like this," he told me.
I laughed a little at the last part of what he said as I stood under the cards and balloons. I pulled some of them down to see who they were from and what they said.
Some of them were from my family back in Houston. You know, my aunts, uncles, and cousins. Some of them were from some of my friends back in Houston who I still keep in touch with.
Some of them were from my sisters and Ashley. Jay wrote a few lovely and sexy messages that I can't disclose, but let's just say that they made me bright red.
And Vanessa wrote a sweet little message too. No doubt that Jay made her write it, but it was sweet nonetheless.
"How did you get in touch with my family and friends from Houston?," I asked him as I continued to read the cards and reminisce about being back home in Houston.
"Well, I hear you around the house talking to your friends back home, and you're always talking about your relatives in Houston, so I talked to your sisters and asked them to tell your family and friends in Houston to send all your birthday wishes to me, so I'd have them for your birthday and could do this," he explained.
"Baby, this is the sweetest thing ever. Thank you so much. I miss my family a lot, and this means the world to me," I told him.
"No problem baby. Look at this one though," he smiled as he pulled a balloon down.
I took the card from him and read it.
"Oh my God, this is from my mom," I said looking at the card.
