i woke up the next morning at 11:00 aka hours later than usual. I was worn out from the night before. It was so nice to have Noah back here. It seemed like my life was complete again. I turned on my phone and I had a few texts from a group chat.
James made a new group chat with Andrew and Chloe💞💞

I thought for a few minutes before I answered. James and Andrew are cool, but I've never been the kind of girl to hang out with guys alone unless it's like Noah and his weird friends. I don't know what told me it was a bad idea, but I just didn't really feel comfortable alone with them. I decided to try something.

Problem solved. Here's a little thing to know about me: I'm incredibly socially awkward. Sure I'm ok in social situations, but I basically avoid having to be alone with people i don't know too well. I didn't even ask my mom about Noah sleeping over. She's gotten to the point where she kinda just expects it and when he shows up she's ready.
Noah came over later that night and we went into my basement. To fully understand our friendship, you need to hear about our history. We've been in the same friend group since 6th grade. This group consists of Me, Chloe, Julia Raskin, Jordan Siegel(who we call Jexel sometimes. Idk why), Blake Goodman, Noah Schnapp, Noah Kaller (two Noah's), Ethan Weismer, Ryan Cahalh And Jordan Cascade. Don't worry, you won't have to keep track of all of these people. I rarely ever hang out with Ethan, Ryan or Jordan Cascade, but I'm with Julia, Jordan Siegel, And the Noah's a lot.
You know how in every friend group there are little separate groups? Well I'm going to try my best to sort of summarize that for you.
First there are "the guys" this consists of: Noah Kaller, Jordan Cascade, Ryan, And Ethan. Then there's the girls which is: Me, Chloe, Julia, and Jordan. Lastly, there's what my friends call "the family friends". This is me, Chloe, Noah, And sort of Julia. You may have noticed that Noah isn't in "the guys." This is because those boys have been friends since kindergarten and hang out every day. Since Noah spends a lot of time in Atlanta, he never got too involved with that group.
Now that you've had the Scarsdale lesson, we can continue. (You'll probably forget about most of those people, but remember Julia, Jordan, and Noah Kaller please.) Noah and I were downstairs watching a movie when our squad chat started blowing up.

Noah and I laughed and put down our phones. "Did anything change with the squad while I was gone?" He asked. I thought.
"Well Julia And Jexel went on vacation together a few months ago," I shrugged.
"I don't care," Noah sighed. "I mean is there anything actually interesting?" I shook my head.
"Same old same old," I told him. He shook his head.
"No new couples? No hookups? Nothing?"
"Well..." I started. His eyes grew wide.
"What happened?" He asked.
"I might have hooked up with someone after the carnival last month," I muttered.
"No you didn't," he chuckled.
"Yeah you're right," I laughed. "Noah asked me to but I said no." He froze.
"Noah? Noah Kaller?" He asked surprised. I nodded. "But you guys broke up like a year ago." Noah Kaller And I dated for like six months back in eighth grade.
"It was just gonna be a hookup," I shrugged. "Nothing crazy. Just something dumb behind the shed at the carnival."
"Just like kissing right?" He asked. I nodded.
"Don't worry you know I'm not like that," I chuckled. "Plus I didn't even say yes." Noah nodded.
"Just can't believe Noah's still into you," he shook his head.
"Why not?" I asked fake offended.
"Because you're ugly," he said bluntly. I threw a pillow at him as he laughed.
"You'll pay for that Schnapp."
