Sergio was relieved to have Megan and their unborn child home, he hadn't let her out of his sight since he had rescued her; he had also ensured that a doctor had given her a proper check over.
Sergio chuckled as Odi and Lou clambered all over her before they settled down; he was happy to hear that Megan and their unborn child were fine, he would never let this happen again.
"Sergio I'm fine," Megan said softly as she sat down, she was exhausted and her boyfriend who was watching her like a hawk, he nodded before sitting next to her.
Megan knew he blamed himself for what had happened, even when the only person to blame for what happened was her father; she would never forgive Gerard for what he had done.
"It wasn't your fault... hey, I'm happy that we did this," Megan said softly brushing hair out of Sergio's eyes, she didn't want him to blame himself for something that wasn't his fault in anyway.
Sergio pulled Megan to him, he didn't know what he would have done if something had happened to her or the baby; they both meant the world to him.
Megan closed her eyes, she still didn't believe that she was really here, sitting with her boyfriend; she kept thinking that she'd wake up back in St. Paul's.
"I won't lose you again," Sergio whispered pulling back to look at Megan, his hands resting against her back; he would do anything to make sure that the two of them were okay.
The doctor might have given Megan the all clear to come home but he was truly concerned about her blood pressure; it was high and she had been through a lot of stress recently.
"I spoke with René... he's arranging a press conference so I can tell the press about us," Sergio said making Megan nod, she knew it was for the best since they didn't want anything getting in their way.
They knew that it would be best to confront this now, rather than a couple of months down the line when Megan was heavily pregnant or they had a baby.
"What will you say?" Megan asked softly looking at him curiously as they settled down on the couch; Lou ad Odi seemed to settle in the corner of the room, and watched the couple.
"I'll tell them that we have been dating for over six years... then I'll tell them that we are happily expecting a baby," Sergio said before he kissed his girlfriend.
Sergio wrapped his arms around her holding her to him as they slowly kissed; Megan shifted so she could bring herself closer to him.
The couple slowly moulded together, Sergio broke the kiss to rest his head against hers, he smiled at her; he loved the feeling of her bump and couldn't believe that she had one so soon.
"My parents want to have lunch tomorrow," Sergio said making Megan pull away from him; she stare at him for a moment as she took in what he had said.
Sergio sighed he knew he had probably dropped a bomb on her but his parents wanted to meet the woman that their son had risked so much for; he wanted to show her off to them.
"They want to meet the madre of their nieto," Sergio said trying to reassure her, he doubted that his parents would do anything mean; Megan had been through a lot in the past few weeks.
"Sergio, I've recently been fired... my padre will no longer speak to me... you're a famous footballer... and I just so happen to be pregnant... I look like a gold-digger," Megan said putting her head into her hands as she wondered how she was going to prove to them that she wasn't.
Sergio watched her for a minute, he had to admit it didn't look good but shaking his head he took her hands; he didn't want her worrying over nothing.
"Mi amor... I don't care what anyone else thinks," Sergio said making Megan look at him, he truly loved her and he would do anything for her and their baby.
Sergio was looking forward to becoming a father, he couldn't wait to find out what they were going to have.
"I know that I love you and I know that you love me," Sergio said smiling that was all that mattered to him, he didn't care about anything else and he adored the fact they were going to have a baby.
Megan blinked back tears wrapping her arms around her; she knew it was probably her hormones making her cry, it was something that she had grown used to recently.
"I can't believe I'm twelve weeks along," Megan said softly making Sergio chuckle as he rested his on the small bump that was where their baby was; he was surprised at how big her bump was right now.
Nudging his nose against Megan's, Sergio closed his eyes; he smiled at the thought of their baby growing in there, he had already started to think about what they would name the baby when it came.
"Sergio... what if your madre doesn't like me?" Megan asked softly making Sergio look at his girlfriend, he shook his head knowing that his mother was just going to be protective of him.
"She'll love you," Sergio said confidently, he knew that most Spanish mothers were really protective of their son's; hell his own mother hated the last several women he had dated granted that they had been models.
But this was different, Megan was his first serious girlfriend since he had been a teenager and she was having his baby in a few months' time.

Megan took a deep breath as she changed out of her clothes, she was standing in the bathroom so she could have a moment to herself.
Megan carefully brushed her hands against her bump, she smiled to herself sure that her baby was okay; she didn't know what she would do if something happened to it.
Megan took a deep breath, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was missing something about her pregnancy that she was missing out on.
Megan was a lot bigger than she had expected herself to be, she was having her first child and she didn't know what to expect and there was currently no one to give her any guidance.
Her father was no longer an option after his first reaction and Megan doubted that she would ever speak to him again; he had broken her heart and trust by sending her to that place.
Then there was her mother who Megan hadn't seen since she was four years old, Maria Diaz had walked out on her family and taken everything that they had when she had divorced Gerard.
Maria had only left them with their five children and it had been a rough time, especially when the news broke that she had remarried and started a new life with her lover.
Megan shook her head, she would never forgive her mother and she certainly wouldn't contact her; she was just going to have to cope on her own.
"Meg... you okay?" Sergio called through the door making Megan take a deep breath and pull on her cream hedgehog print top and capri bottoms set; she looked at herself one more time in the mirror before she stepped out of the room.
Sergio smiled softly as he sat up in bed, he knew that this was still a surprise to her; he wanted her to relax after what had happened to her.
"Are you ready for bed?" Sergio asked wanting her to rest, she looked a lot better now that he had her home and he wasn't about to allow her to stress herself out.
Megan nodded her head, she didn't know what she would have done without Sergio in her life.
