Sergio linked his fingers with Megan's as they walked down the street, they were enjoying Sergio's day off and had decided to take a stroll around the city doing a little shopping for their baby.

Sergio had a smile plastered on his face every time he glanced at her stomach, which supported a small bump; it had been two weeks since the press conference and things were going well.

The paparazzi hadn't really bothered them much yet and were keeping their distance from the couple but they were still being followed around having their pictures taken.

"You'd think they'd have an actress to follow or something," Megan murmured making Sergio chuckle, he wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pressed a kiss to the top of her head.

Megan smiled up at Sergio, she was glad that he was with her and she was hopeful that things would calm down soon; she didn't want the rest of her pregnancy broadcast to the world.

"What the hell where you thinking?" Gerard snapped making Sergio hold Megan closer as her father approached them from across the street where he had spotted them.

Gerard was furious when he had heard about Sergio's confession at the press conference and even more so when he contacted the unwedded Mother's home where he had left Megan only to learn that Sergio had been able to get her out.

Sergio frowned at Gerard as Megan stared at her father, she knew that once word had gotten out about her and Sergio expecting; it wouldn't be long before she saw him again.

Gerard stared at his daughter, then at Sergio who held her close wondering why they couldn't see that they weren't meant to be together and it would be better if they were apart.

"Don't do this," Sergio said knowing that the press would have a field day if Gerard kicked off in the street; Megan stared at her father not sure what to make of him being here.

"You're still having that thing then?" Gerard spat making Megan flinch back into Sergio, who glared at her father; he didn't understand why he couldn't be happy for them.

"Of course she's still having our baby," Sergio replied bitingly making Megan glance at him, she recognised the tone he was using and looked at him worried; she knew that if he lashed out then it would only make things worse for them.

Gerard snorted, he didn't care who was watching them right now; everyone needed to know how much Sergio had ruined Megan's life.

"You're ruining her life Ramos... she doesn't want to have a baby now, she's far too young and what about her career," Gerard snapped, he wanted Megan to have a future and being with Sergio was only going to ruin her; Sergio was never going to be good enough for Megan and would probably break her heart by cheating on her.

Megan frowned at her father's words, she didn't know why he was being like this and was judging Sergio when he didn't even know him; Megan was twenty-three and she was more than ready to become a mother.

"You don't know anything about what I want," Megan snapped as Sergio held her close, he didn't need her getting upset it wasn't good for the baby; they had been through enough and they didn't need more stress in their lives.

Megan took a deep breath as she calmed herself slightly while Gerard stared at his daughter, he couldn't believe that she was siding with the footballer; he knew that she was making a big mistake.

"Fine ruin your life, don't come crying to me when it all goes south," Gerard spat at his daughter, if she was going to stay with Sergio then he didn't want anything to do with her or the baby.

Sergio held Megan close, he could already see the headlines now and they didn't look good; Gerard turned on his heel and stormed away with several members of the press chasing after him wanting the 'exclusive' of what had just happened.

"Let's go home," Sergio whispered softly pulling Megan away from the press wanting to get her away from the pressure of what had just happened.

Mirian smiled as she walked into her brother's home, she knew that Paqui didn't approve of Megan but that didn't mean that she couldn't get alone with her future sister; she was so excited at the idea of having a new niece or nephew.

Mirian quickly made her way upstairs and into the small home library that Sergio had, it was a quiet place where Megan liked to curl up with a good book.

Megan looked up from the book that she was reading and smiled a little at the sight of Mirian, she was glad that Sergio's older sister had warned to her so much.

Sergio was currently out at training, it was a late one since he'd had a match the day before and had the morning off; he was doing his best to make sure that Megan was never truly alone.

"How are you baby-mama?" Mirian asked making Megan smile at her, she knew that Sergio was worried about her after this morning; it had been hard to face her father after all that he had done to her.

"I've been better," Megan replied softly as Miriam sat next to her and started to take baby books out of her bag that she had bought the week before.

Megan watched her confused before Mirian grinned at her, she couldn't resist and she was sure that it wouldn't hurt to start thinking of names right now.

"I thought we could start looking at baby names for my niece," Mirian said eagerly, she was sure that Megan was having a little girl and she didn't care what anyone else thought.

Megan rolled her eyes, she wasn't surprised that this had come up especially since in five weeks she would know what she was going to have; it was exciting to think about.

"What if it's a boy?" Megan asked knowing that Sergio hoped their first born was a boy without him having to say; Mirian rolled her eyes, she knew what her brother wanted and she doubted it would happen.

"Sergio will never get his much desired son... you Megan are having a girl," Mirian replied confidently as she handed Megan a bar of chocolate making the brunette laugh; knowing that Mirian was reading into some old wives tales about pregnancy.

Mirian smirked handing Megan one of the books, it would cheer the other woman up after her horrible run in with her father; it was sad to see that Gerard was going to miss out on his grandchild.

Mirian was going to make sure that her future niece was going to be loved, she adored Daniela and she knew that it was only a matter of time before she had loads of cute babies to fuss over.

"Come on it won't hurt to look," Mirian said nudging Megan, she liked the brunette and she knew that this was going to be okay; Megan deserved better and her father was the only one that was going to lose out.

Megan didn't know what she would have done without Mirian, she was like the sister that Megan had never had and she knew that she was going to need someone like her as her pregnancy moved on.

"So how about Isabella?" Mirian asked showing Megan a couple of the names that she had picked out, she knew that it was going to be a long while before the baby was born but she hoped that everything would work out for the couple and their new family.
