Dipper was trying to think of a new plan. Bill seemed to be remembering that he couldn't call Mabel 'Shooting Star' any more. And now the Dream Demon was getting close to having two of the three Journals, and Mabel was blindly revealing everything to him! It wasn't her fault though. After all, she wasn't aware that Bill was possessing Dipper again.

Bill and Mabel had gotten back to the shack. Mabel left the wet umbrella outside and pulled off her wet shoes and socks.

"I'm going to put on some dry clothes." Mabel said, pulling off her sopping wet sweater. "Why don't you ask Stan about Gideon's Journal?"

"You got it sister." Bill said with a happy smile which quickly turned dark as Mabel turned around.

"Good luck getting anything from Stan." Dipper said confidently.

"Oh I assure you Pine Tree, I can be quite persuasive." Bill replied.

Bill found Stan in the Mystery Shack gift shop, counting up the day's profits. His eye patch was still on, but his fez sat besides him on the counter. Two stacks of money were already counted up and stacked in neat piles.

"Hey Grunkle Stan!" Bill said nicely, walking over to the counter. "I've been meaning to ask you something."

"Shoot kid." Stan said, putting the money in his hand on the counter in a third pile.

"Mabel and I know Gideon had a Journal, one like mine but with the number two on the front. Mabel said she thought you had it and I was wondering if I could take a look at it."

"Kid, I already told you those books are dangerous. Why do you want another one?"

"Please?" Bill said, putting a small, unsure smile on his face and making pleading eyes.

"Fine. I'll go get it for you. But remember our promise."

"Thanks Grunkle Stan!" Bill said, putting a genuine smile on his face.

Stan left the room and Dipper practically died right inside his own head.

"I DON'T UNDERSTAND! WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD STAN GIVE YOU THE BOOK!?" Dipper shrieked.

"Guess I'm just irresistible." Bill joked.

"Not funny Bill! Stan would never have given me that Journal, let alone let me know it existed!"

"Is it really all that hard to understand? I mean, you're Great Uncle is soooo unpredictable you never know what he might or might not do. You never know until you try something out for yourself Pine Tree."

Dipper was starting to get tired of Bill calling him that. What did it mean? And why couldn't Bill use Dipper's name like a normal person? Well, Bill wasn't normal, but that was no reason to not use Dipper's name.

"Here ya go kid." Stan said, returning with the book and handing it to Bill. "But I want it back in a few days."

"Sure thing. I shouldn't need it that long anyway..." Bill said.

Only Dipper could hear the mystery in the demon's voice.

"Oh this is too easy!" Bill said for probably the tenth time that day.

Bill spotted Dipper's Journal, drying on the table in the living room. He looked around, making sure nobody was watching, and picked it up. He stuffed both Journal Two and Three under his vest.

"Bill what do you even want with the Journals? And why do you have to use my body to get them?"

"You really are so full of questions." Bill said, heading upstairs.

Thankfully for Bill, Mabel was taking a warm shower. This way, the demon would have a chance to talk, and potentially threaten, Dipper.

"All I'm going to say kid, is what I said last time: you're getting too close to some answers and I can't have you getting in my way." Bill said.

"But what do you mean? What plans do you have?"

"Right. Like I'm going to tell a pathetic human like you." Bill scoffed.

"If you're going to inhabit my body, the least you could do is give me something to think about." Dipper said.

"How about when I've collected all the Journals and destroyed them, I'm going to rip your body to shreds in as many creatively gruesome ways I can think of!" Bill yelled. "How's THAT for something to think on, Pine Tree!?"

"Bill? What are you doing!?" Mabel said, standing in the door way with a robe wrapped around her body and a towel wrapped around her hair.

"QUIET SHOOTING STAR I'M BUSY!" The demon yelled.

Dipper recognized the slip immediately but Bill did not. Before either of them realized what was happening, Mabel had snatched her grappling hook from her bed and shot it at Bill.

The long rope wrapped around Dipper's body, making Bill's use of Dipper's noodle arms no more. Bill tried to step forward, but his footsteps were unsteady and he almost tripped.

"You will pay for this! FOOLISH HUMAN!" Bill said.

Bill's eyes began to glow blood red, and the medallion under his shirt did the same. The outline of the triangle was now visible through the shirt. With a burst of energy and light, Bill broke from Dipper's body, and as he did so, the foggy grey coloring of the Mindscape settled in.

Dipper's eyes opened slowly. He felt drained, but relieved that Bill was out of his body.

"Dipper!" Mabel yelled, running to her brother and throwing her arms around him.

Mabel began to unwrap the rope, paying absolutely no attention to Bill. The triangle had begun to grow to a very menacing size, and his bright yellow color became a deep red.

"Oh Pines Twins!" He laughed mockingly. "You have NO IDEA what you've gotten yourselves into! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
