Dipper shot up from his sleep, cloaked in sweat. There was a dream; a dream he knew he should remember, but couldn't. No matter how hard he forced his head to think, nothing came back. In fact, the more he thought about it, Dipper became less and less sure that he had even had a dream that night. Realizing there was nothing he could do about it now, Dipper pulled himself out of bed and went to the bathroom to splash water on his sweaty face. Upon returning to his shared bedroom, he noticed the clock for the first time since he'd awoken. It was 4:28 AM. Dipper pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance and climbed back into bed.

Dipper didn't know how long he was doing it, but he just kept staring up at the moldy ceiling. It felt like years, but sleep just wouldn't come to him. Finally, Dipper's eyelids began to droop a little. It took a good ten minutes before they finally closed however, and the second they did so, a triangle flashed through Dipper's head. The pre-teen shot up from the peak of sleep with a gasp. The dream, Bill, it all came rushing back so fast it made Dipper's head spin. He let his head fall back on the pillow and Dipper put a hand to his forehead. What in the world could that triangle have gotten himself into that he would need Dipper's help?

Looking over at Mabel, still sound asleep in her bed, Dipper quietly slipped out from under his blankets and out of the room. He ended up down stairs and was relieved to find that Stan was also still asleep; either that or his great-uncle was acting abnormally quiet. Dipper guessed it was probably the first option seeing how early it was in the morning.

Seating himself at the kitchen table, the male Pines twin grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and began writing down what he could remember from the dream before it escaped him again. All Dipper remembered clearly was that Bill had been there and said something about time travelers and following them. Could the triangle have been referring to Blendin and his gang of cyber-human soldiers? It seemed the only possibility considering Dipper didn't know any other time travelers. Bill wouldn't have come to him if Dipper didn't know whoever he was talking about, would he? No; the triangle was other-worldly clever, being the eye that sees all. If Bill really needed help, he wouldn't go to someone who couldn't be of assistance. That was the way Bill worked; he did what he did to benefit himself.

Staring our the window, Dipper watched the light rain shower that had started up fall down on the world outside. He could hear the light pitter-patter of the drops hitting the Mystery Shack roof top. Further inspection of the outside world caused Dipper's eyes to find the charred symbol in the grass from where the time travelers had probably left the night before. Could Bill really want Dipper to follow them?

A crack of lightning slashed through the dark sky, snapping Dipper out of his thoughts. The tiny water bullets were coming down harder and faster now. Making his decision, Dipper tip-toed quietly up the stairs and gently shook Mabel awake.

"No. Go away Mr. Alarm Clock. Mabel's still in dream land." The female Pines twin muttered, keeping her eyes firmly shut, and then rolling to face the attic wall.

"Mabel it's me, Dipper. C'mon get up; I need your help with something."

Mabel opened one eye and turned half way around again to look at her brother. With a sigh, she slipped out from under the blankets and sat on the edge of her bed.

"What is it?" She asked groggily.

Mabel's eyes darted to the clock. Seeing that it wasn't even 5AM she groaned and glared at her twin.

"What was so important that you had to wake me at five in the morning?" Mabel questioned, rubbing one of her eyes tiredly.

"Just drink some Mabel Juice and you'll be fine. Anyway, I had this dream last night-"

"Oh jeez lemme guess: you had another wacky dream with some weird thing regarding the author or some other thingamajig." Mabel said dramatically, waving her arms around in the air.

"No."

"Oh..."

"I had a dream with Bill in it."

"Uh same thing."

"Mabel, Bill's not the author."

"How would you know?"

"Just listen ok."

"Fine."

"So I think the real Bill came into my head last night. Read this."

Dipper handed his sister the piece of paper that he had hastily scribbled all that he could remember of his dream on. He watched Mabel's eyes travel over the paper. Left to right; down a line. Left to right; down a line.

"So he wants us to follow Blendo Blar-Blar?" Mabel asked.

"I guess. That's what it seems like. He seems to be in some kind of trouble." Dipper answered.

"Well that's just dandy. He torments us, mostly you, and then asks for our help. I'm not doing it without conditions."

"Mabel, what conditions? And how can you even bargain with Bill if he's not here?"

"Duh! We go after the timey-wimey men and find the demonic triangle. If he doesn't give me what I want, I'm turning right around and leaving." Mabel said, making her plan sound much more simple than it was.

"Ok, but what if there's tons of tight security? Think about it: if we use enough effort to get where ever Bill is, and then don't do anything when we get there, it'll feel like we did it all for nothing." Dipper pointed out.

"Psssssssh no it won't bro-bro! We'll finally get to see Bill be in a sticky situation. That's gotta score some points here!" Mabel exclaimed.

Dipper frowned at his twin. Mabel knew that look too well and she sighed.

"I know, I know. You'll end up wanting to save the stupid triangle and won't leave him." She grumbled. "He's our enemy, Dipper!"

"I know... But I don't know if I can just not do something! That's not who I am Mabel."

"Yeah I know... I probably would end up feeling bad too..."

"So is it decided then? Are we going after the Time Travelers?"

"I suppose so Dipper, but how will we follow them? It's not like we have a time thingamajig."

"True, but think about it: Bill wouldn't come to us for help if we couldn't do anything."

"Ah I see where you're going." Mabel said with a small smile. "We'll shoot the grappling hook up into the sky and latch on to another world!"

"Mabel, I don't think you understand Time Travel." Dipper said with a frown.

"NOPE!"

'Sometimes, I wonder why I tell her things.' Dipper thought.
