From the card room came a mighty roar

Someone yelled, 'Have you got a four?'

Another replied, patience done

'I told ya no! Go Fish for one!'

'Show me yer cards, I think yer lyin'.

'Talk like that'll encourage yer dyin.'

Calm and low, another voice

'Settle down fellas, don't make that choice.'

Ronan stood between the two

Waiting to see what they would do

Denver suddenly offered both cigars

'Have a smoke, beats getting scars.'

3Gun arrived to see Myna feeling better

She wanted to stay but Lorne wouldn't let her

He stuck his head in the card room, no Brody in sight

Rue winked toward Ronan, there would be no fight

He saw CG was an angry shade

Annie was chugging hard lemonade

Brody had left with a girl of the night

Mad at Annie and wanted out of her sight

3Gun sat with CG, held her soft hand

'Do you want to dance, I'll speak to the band?

Or better still, I know what I'll do.

I'll get Truman to play for you!'

'Truman, I want you to play another song

for CG and I to get along.'

'Okay, 3Gun got just the tune.

You're gonna see 'ol CG swoon!'
