I Finally Caught You

My eyes were tightly closed. My hair blew widely in the air. All I could hear were two heartbeats; mine and Shouto's. His arms were tightly wrapped around me, as well as mine around him. Both of us were shaking uncontrollably. My back was pressed roughly against the wall with Shouto shielding me from the sudden change in the atmosphere. I held him close to protect him as much as I could. Our clothes were dirty and slightly torn, as well as our wigs completely gone. After the air had calmed down a little, Shouto's grip lightened a little. We both stared at each other in shock. All of us were scared out of our minds. We all peered over the wall, and we realised it was broken. We saw a single man, floating above the ground without a single speck of dust on him. However, lying on the floor, covered in blood and almost buried in the ground, lay the number four hero, Best Jeanist. My eyes widened in complete horror. I felt nothing but the vibration of all our bodies shaking violently. Shouto still held me but his eyes were wider than I had ever seen them. His face was pale and distressed, as well as everyone else. We couldn't believe what we had witnessed. I started to feel sick to my stomach, when I heard someone throwing up.
"Damn it..." the voice said, and my ears perked up. "...the hell...?!" he continued, coughing away the disgust. That voice... Bakugou!! My heart thumped harder as I heard the same grumble of the man that had completely wiped out the heroes in a single second.
"Sorry, Bakugou," he said with zero empathy.
"Huh?!" Bakugou screamed, still struggling to breathe. We suddenly heard more sounds of people being sick, and we heard different voices splutter and cough.
"What the-?" said a familiar voice.
"Something stinks! Smells good!" said two familiar voices.
"Master..." muttered another horrible voice, to which we all knew too well.
"You failed again, huh, Tomura?" said the deep voice of the new villain. I heard his footsteps hit the ground as he walked towards Tomura. "But do not be discouraged. Just try again. I have brought your associates back as well. Even this child. Because you judged that he was an important piece. Do it over as many times as you need to. That is why I am here. It's all for you." I felt my insides shake as this man talked. He didn't even seem human. He towered over the villains as if he were a giant. He wore something over his face, making him seem more like a machine. I could feel Midoriya shaking on my side as Shouto continued to hold me close. I felt him shudder more like he was battling his inner thoughts to move. Iida seemed to notice this, as he had placed his hand over Shouto to stop Midoriya from moving any further, their eyes still wide in horror. We knew this was the worst place to be. We knew we had to leave... but how? "You're here, after all, aren't you?" continued the monster of a man. I felt my heart stop, thinking he had seen us, but we stopped when we heard the sudden thud of two large fists colliding.
"I'll have you return everything, All For One!" yelled All Might. A sudden rush of relief washed over me.
"Will you kill me again, All Might?" said All For One. The sudden blast of their fists colliding produced a huge wave of wind. It waved my hair around widely. Shouto began to hold me tightly again. It felt like everything was happening so quickly. "You're too late," said All For One, "it's a little more than five kilometres from the bar to here. It's was easily thirty seconds after I sent the Nomus before you arrived. You've gotten weaker, All Might."
"What about you?" replied All Might, "what's with that industrial mask you've got on? Aren't you overexerting yourself? I won't make the same mistake as I did six years ago, All For One! I will take Young Bakugou back! And this time, I will throw you in prison for sure! And all of the League of Villains you control with you!" I had never heard All Might sound this angry before. It even made me freak out more than I was. I heard the sound of his feet hitting the ground as he launched towards his enemy.
"There's so much to do. It'll be tough... for both of us," muttered All For One, and another blast of air was released that was out of control. All Might was sent flying around, hitting and destroying many buildings. "Air Cannon plus Springlike Limbs, Kinetic Booster times four, Strength Enhancer times three. This combination is fun. Maybe I'll try to add a few more enhancer-types."
"All Might!" I heard Bakugou yell.
"Even without your worry, he won't die from something like that," said All For One, "so run away from here, Tomura, and take that child with you. Kurogiri, get everyone away from here."
"Hey, wait! He was defeated and is now unconscious!" said one of the villains, "I'm not sure what's going on, but if you can use Warp, they you should get us away!"
"I just got mine, Magne," continued All For One, "one top of being able to transport short distances, unlike his coordinate transport, I can only bring people to me or away from me, and I can only send them away to someone I am very familiar with. So I'll have Kurogiri do it. Forcible Quirk Activation! Now, go!"
"What about you...?" muttered Tomura, but there was a sudden explosion from where All Might was launched to. His stubborn yell echoed throughout the city. All For One lifted himself into the air.
"Think constantly, Tomura," he said, "you still have much more room to grow!"
"I won't let you get away!" yelled All Might, colliding with All For One.
"Let's go, Shigaraki!" said another familiar voice, "while that pipe mask is holding All Might back! Get your piece!"
"What a pain...!" whispered Bakugou.
"Young Bakugou!" yelled All Might, only to be stopped my All For One. Just like that, many things were happening at once. One on one... six against one. The unfairness was overwhelming. My lip began to quiver in shame and fear. We knew we couldn't fight, but we knew would couldn't stand here and watch them lose. The constant sounds of explosions and thuds rang through my ears. I couldn't think straight. I couldn't think at all. My mind was blank. I didn't understand why. I told myself to come, and it's like there was no use for me at all. I felt my skin tremble harder than before. I couldn't believe myself. Until, suddenly, Midoriya spoke.
"Iida, everyone!" he said, but Iida held him tighter.
"You can't, Midoriya!" he harshly whispered.
"No, there's a way!" explained Midoriya, "a way that won't involve fighting that will let us leave this place, but still save Kacchan!" Iida's grip loosened as he stood up straight in shock.  Simultaneously, Shouto and I spoke.
"Let's hear it," we said.
"But this plan also depends on Kacchan..." said Midoriya. My heart dropped in disappointment. "I don't think my plan will succeed if I do it. That's why, Todoroki, you're the key to increasing the success rate!" His eyes fell on me. My eyes widened in shock. I didn't know what he was talking about.
"Give us more details, Midoriya," Shouto hastily asked.
"Right. This is my plan," he said, and started to explain it. "First, we'll propel ourselves with my Quirk and Iida's Recipro. With Kirishima's Hardening, we'll break through the wall. The second it opens up, I want Todoroki to make a path of ice, one that'll go as high as possible. The villains wouldn't have noticed us yet! Yaoyorozu will pull us back with a rope as Todoroki will then take over with her Firebending, launching herself with her flames to speeds as fast as Iida. The villains have outmanoeuvred us until now, but now we're in a position to outmanoeuvre them. And she'll cross the battlefield at a height they can't reach her. The villains' boss is holding All Might back. That means that the reverse is also true! So then, it's up to you, Todoroki. It's no good if I do it. Or your brother, or Iida, or Yaoyorozu... Ever since school started, you've built this relationship with Kacchan, if you, his girlfriend, called him... then I'm sure!" His words hit me with such force that I grabbed Shouto's hand in fear.
"That's your plan?" breathed Iida.
"Kacchan should also realise the situation All Might is in," continued Midoriya.
"Yeah.." breathed Shouto, grasping my hand tightly.
"Kacchan's on guard against the enemy, fighting from a distance," explained Midoriya, "we need to do this at a time when Kacchan is a certain distance away from the enemy."
"Iida..." gasped Momo, still terrified to raise her voice.
"It's a gamble, but considering the situation, there isn't much risk to us," mumbled Iida, "more importantly, if we succeed, it'll change the tide of the fight for the better." He paused to think it over, but stared hard into Midoriya's eyes. "Let's do it."
Just as Midoriya planned, the three boys positioned themselves against the wall, with Kirishima hardening his arms. I leaned against the wall with them, ready for Shouto's signal. The second they blasted through the wall, Momo created a rope to pull them back so Shouto could freeze a large tower of ice. The ice rose taller than I had ever seen. Shouto glanced at me, locking eye contact with me. It was now or never! The flames shot through my feet, burning my boots off completely. I shot over the ice, melting and cracking it behind me. Finally, the ice no longer touched my feet, and I flew over the battlefield. I didn't dare stop, just in case someone tried to attack me. I had to keep a consistent flame going. I looked down, seeing that everyone had paused to look up at me. All Might took this as a chance to knock All For One away. I scanned the area, and my eyes finally locked with Bakugou's. His... beautiful red eyes. I felt tears start to cover my sight, but I had to focus on the plan. I had to reach him. With my arm outstretched, just how it was a couple days ago, I let my voice ring out of my mouth, louder than I had ever done in my life.

"Come...! Katsuki...!"

Silence filled my ears. I couldn't hear anything apart from my heartbeat. I saw Bakugou's eyes widen in shock and in some way... happiness. It was then that he looked down, and I saw one of the villains approach him. I was about the scream out in fear, but Bakugou had already beat me to the chase. With a large explosion, the entire battlefield was engulfed in flames. A single figure rose from the blast, shooting higher and higher as the explosions grew closer and closer. I turned around to face him, and my arms outstretched as wide as they could go. Bakugou finally collided into me. My formation of flying twisted a little, but I managed to sort it out. Our arms wrapped around each other, pressing ourselves as much as we could. My head rested on his shoulder so I could still see what was happening around us. Our hair whipped widely, but I didn't matter to me anymore. I had him back.
"Didn't I tell you not to come?" Bakugou whispered as his head, that was resting on my shoulder, peered up to look at me. I smirked at him in a warm way.
"You can't be the only one of us to be stubborn," I said, loud enough so he could hear in the piercing wind. He smiled at me, not bothering to be mad, and held me tighter. I could feel our hearts syncing in beats. It wasn't until I saw something coming towards us at a very fast rate. It was that masked villain who took Bakugou away from us.
"Repulsion Breakup: Moonlight Flit Cannon!" I heard him say. I got ready to change my speed when I heard another yell.
"Titan Cliff!" yelled a female voice. The figure of a woman rose up from the ground to an enormous size.
"Mt Lady!" I yelled, still keeping a consistent speed. The villain was stopped by slamming into her face, causing her to topple over.
"Prioritise... the rescue...!" she weakly said, "go... stupid kids...!" With that, she fell hard on the ground, becoming unconscious. I expected the other villains to try and make it too, but I saw a small figure knocking all three of the remaining villains down. I smiled to myself, and clenched my teeth. With the area clear, I needed to come back down to the ground and meet the others. I soon skidded to the ground, leaving small cuts on my feet as I had burnt away my boots. I felt another warmth next to me, as Bakugou let off an explosion to soften the blow. I smiled and as I started to walk, the cuts opened and I almost fell. Bakugou caught me and tutted a little.
"Still reckless," he breathed, but picked me up and held me on his back.
"Coming from you," I whispered, as I held my arms around him. He didn't even protest, which was surprising. I smiled into his back. I missed his warmth. I missed everything about him. And now that he's here, I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have him.

Katsuki... I love you...

He paused. He stopped completely. I immediately started to panic. Did those words come out of my mouth? I had only ever said that to my family. No way did I just admit that. Bakugou put me down, and he turned around, and grabbed my shoulders. I instantly tensed up. I was sure he was going to yell at me, but he looked up at me with pure affection.
"I was meant to say that before you," he breathed, and his lips pressed against mine. This kiss felt different. There wasn't the feeling we had felt before. This time, there was... love.
