Listen to the song when you're reading, it literally made my cry when i wrote this.
I woke up and stood up slowly. I held my side and I saw Thanos siting on a rock.
"You're strong than I thought."
"You should've listen to Death." I told him.
"You are Death of all worlds. Powerful than any other."
"You stole my friends away from me. You messed with the wrong people." He looked at me. "Remember my face, because it's gonna be the last one that you ever see."

He then got dusted away. I looked to see Steve slowly walking up to me. I walked up him. I placed my hands on his cheeks.
"Crystal..."
"We did it Steve. We can go home with Natalie now." Then it hit me. My heart was never there. Or that what it felt like. I turned to see everyone gathering around a rock. I shuffled my way to them. Steve helped me there. Everyone moved out of my way. Once i saw who it was, I put my hand over my mouth and turned to Steve. I was sobbing. I turned back and walked up. Pepper moved aside. "Daddy." I said. He was the one That snapped his fingers.
"Crystal." He whispers.
"Friday?" I asked.
"Life functions critical." I closed my eyes. This cant be true.
"Dad. I can fix you." He shook his head. "Look at me."
"I-am-sorry." He slowly said. I shook my head.
"Its okay dad. You did it. Everything is back to normal now." I sobbed. He placed his hand on my cheek. "Its gonna be okay." He gave me a small smile. I gave one back to him. "Dad, guess what? You finally knew what you had to do, and you knew in your heart, that it was right." I sobbed again. he gave me a small smile. "I promise you dad, I'll do right by our name."
"I love you baby." He gasped out. I wiped his tear. I placed my hand on his chest.

"I love you too daddy." I nodded. "We're gonna be okay." I told him. "I'll be okay." He smiles and then turns his head, his hand falls from my cheek and his arc shuts down. His smile faded. my lips shook, tears falling down. I looked down and shook my head. I banged my fist at the rock. I felt hands on my back. "Dont." I said.
"She feels nothing. She lost everything." Mantis said quietly. "She feels empty." I got my dad out of the suit and put him on my lap. I rocked him. It was the day i feared the most, seeing my dad die as iron man, my worst nightmare became true. Then i screamed. I held my dad close to me and screamed. For me, it felt like in the movies when the scream goes silent. The ground shook and it cracked. it was the longest, and loudest scream i ever made. I sobbed into my dad chest. I lost my home.
"Dont leave me." i placed a kiss on his forehead. The last kiss. Steve carried my fathers body to a safe place. Pepper and I stayed in the little room. Looking at him. Pepper held his hand. "It should've been me."
"Dont say that sweetheart." She grabbed my hand. "We did everything we can. Dont blame yourself."
"It doesn't feel right." Pepper hugs me and I sobbed into her chest. "I just want him here." She kissed my head.
"Me too." An hour later, Pepper left the room and I stayed. I sat next to my dads body.
"I finally know what it feels like to be protected by you." I cried. "Thank you for being the best dad that anyone can ask for. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here right now." I touched his cheek. "You can rest now." I kissed his cheek. I laid back and just sat there.
Hours Later:
Happy got the news when he dropped off Natalie. He was broken. Everyone was. Pepper, she was a mess. Now, we have to tell Morgan and Natalie. Natalie looked at us but ran away. Steve and I ran after her.
"No!" Natalie yelled. Steve caught her and she hit him. "No let me go!" I grabbed her and she hit me too. Over and over.
"Stop. Stop." I asked her but she didn't stop. Steve grabbed her and lifted her up.
"No! You lied to me!" Steve held tightly and we walked outside. Natalie started to cry. "No!"
"Stop Natalie." I told her. Steve placed her down. "We're sorry." I sobbed. Natalie sobbed on my chest.
""We're so sorry." Steve said.
"You promised me." She sobbed.
"We know. We know and we're really sorry." We kissed her head. We didnt let her go. She stop struggling.
"You said you guys would never leave me."
"We made a mistake." Steve cried. "We're so sorry." She hugged us tightly.
"I thought i lost you." She said. "I was so sad." She whispers to us. "I thought i was gonna be alone."
"No. No." We pulled from the hug. "We have you now. You're home."
"We can go home now?"
"To our new home, yes." I told her as I pushed her hair behind her ear.
"And we can have Salam run around in our new house." Steve added.
"Why did you guys leave me?"
"Because it was too dangerous for you go stay there. What happened today at the facility, I wouldn't be able to live if i had you there." I told her. She placed her tiny hands on our cheeks.
"Why were you crying when i came?" I looked at Steve.
"Natalie, Aunt Nat and-" I choked on my words. "Grandpa, didnt make it. They're not here anymore."
"They're gone?"
"We're not gonna see them for a very long time." Steve said. Natalie started to cry and hug us.

"They're in a better place now." I told her.
"Grandpa wouldn't want you to cry." She whispers to me.
"He wouldn't, but its okay to cry."
"Is he with aunt Nat?" Steve chuckled and wiped her tear.
