"Em, wake up."  Isaac shook me gently, causing my body to perk to life under his touch. "I know we were up late, but my flight is in two hours."  By his tone I knew he had a smug look on his face.  "Charles and Sean should be meeting us there in about an hour to pick you and the bike up."

"I don't want you to go," I found his hands without opening my eyes and pulled him down.  When his lips captured mine, a shiver coursed through my body as if my skin was electrified.  No matter how much time passed I always turned to mush under his touch.  "I wish you didn't have to go," I murmured against his swollen lips.

"I know Em.  Just remember eight months and then I'm home for about a month before I ship out one last time.  I will be all yours after that.  I promise you."  He tugged me up from the comfort of the hotel mattress.  "Now let's get you dressed."

When we arrived at the airport, Sean and Charles were already there.  Charles offered a quick goodbye before taking off with the bike, after all he had a wedding of his own to plan.  Sean offered to take my bags, loading them in the car before disappearing into the driver's seat to afford Isaac and I some amount of privacy.

"It will go by quick," he stated as he pulled me against his chest.  "You'll be finishing out your last year of college by the time I come home.  You'll be so busy I doubt you'll even realize I am gone."

"It is impossible to not notice your absence.  My bed is colder without your warmth, and the butterflies in my stomach are calm.  Your absence is painfully obvious.  There is nothing that can distract me from it.  But as I have said before, as long as I have you for the rest of my life, I will manage the times you are not near."

His smile grew, "I do not deserve you Emily Holland."  His eyes glanced towards the ground as he rubbed his face nervously, "I will never get tired of saying your name like that.  Knowing you are mine now and forever will be the only thing that helps me sleep at night."

Standing on my toes I kissed his lips; his patience grew thin as he gripped my sides and pulled my body firmly against his.  The passion growing with every passing second. However, we would never be satisfied. We would always crave more.

Using his forehead, he created distance between our mouths.  "I'm going to miss my flight, Em."

"Good."  I chuckled as I kissed him one last time.  "Go, before I start crying."  He nodded as tears began to pool in his striking eyes.  He retreated from me slowly before turning his back to me and disappearing behind the sliding glass doors.  My heart sank, I would never be okay with the sight of him walking away from me.
