Chapter 22

"You are not going in there" Ryder says while fuming. "I am because any news about Tony will help" I say. I realize he doesn't want me to get hurt but I can handle myself. "Look I'll be okay. You can watch from the window and if things get out of hand come in but I'm not missing this opportunity to end this mess with Tony because of fear." I say while looking him in the eyes. "Okay but please stay safe" he says hugging me. This takes me back but I hug back and whisper "I promise" in his ear. He let's go of me and we just stare into each other's eyes and then he breaks it and kisses my forehead. "Good luck princess" he says while I walk over to the door.

"Hey darling" Joey says smirking at me. "What is your information?" I ask looking at him with no emotions. "First I want something" he says. He's real funny he thinks he has leverage to get me to do whatever he wants but little does he know. "Oh and what's that?" I ask in a seductive tone while poking his chest. This surprises him but he recovers quick. "You" is all he says and I know I have him. I whisper in his ear "what if I want you too" I say. And he gulps. Hook,line and sinker. "Umm" he says obviously nervous. I look at him and he gulps again. "Shut up and kiss me" I say before I kiss him. This kiss was okay but nothing compared to Ryder. Wait why am I thinking of Ryder right now? I pull away and look at him and see him smile and that's when I realize he actually likes me. "Now I need some information, baby" I whisper the last part in his ear. "Tony plans on drawing blood. He doesn't care about who he has to kill. He wants the gang. I need you to stay out of his way" he says looking at me with concern. "Why does he want the gang so much?" I ask. "To help his drug import business" he says looking down. That's when everything starts to connect. I walk out of the room with Joey calling my name but I continue up the stairs.

"He is going to try and sell all his drugs in this community and he wants our members to do it since we know all the ties to the people" I say while pacing around Jackson's office with Jackson in his chair and Ryder in the corner listening. "But none of our guys would help with that since most of them have family in this community" Ryder says. "Tony knows that and he's gonna use it against them. He's going to blackmail them." I say looking down. I hear footsteps and then fingers on my chin lifting it up to make me Look Ryder in the eyes. "We won't let him understood?" He says. I nod and think of a way to stop this then it hits me. I walk out and run down to Joey with the guys following. I run into the room and I see he is shocked. "Doesn't Tony have a new girl?" I ask. "Yeah her name is like Tati or something. She's from Kentucky" he says and everything falls into place and I run out of the room and grab my phone about to make a call when someone grabs my shoulders. I look and see a very confused Ryder and Jackson. "What is happening?" They ask. "I'm calling in a friend from Kentucky" I say while dialing a number I never thought I would call again.

She answers "Hey this is Tati you know?" I hear her ask confused to hear me calling. "Are you in LA?" I ask ignoring her statement. "Umm yeah. I'm here visiting a Umm friend. Why?" She says. "Can you meet me and not tell Tony or anybody. It's really important" I say hoping she'll come. "I mean yeah but first how did you know about Tony and second what's happening are you okay?" She asks really confused. "I'll explain when you get here but please come to the address I text you" I say before I hang up. I've got him now.

I go back into the room to explain. "What the hell is happening?" Asks Jackson. "Tony has got himself a little play toy but I know the secret behind the two and we are gonna use it against him" I say while evilly smirking. "Who is it?" Ryder asks "Tati" I say this instantly gets Jackson's attention. "WHAT? YOU ARE TRUSTING THE BITCH WHO HELP YOUR EX BOYFRIEND CHEAT ON YOU??" He asks while looking at me like I'm crazy. "I know it sounds crazy but you have to trust me. She isn't what she makes herself out to be." I say then I whisper "I would know" but they heard it. "What does that mean?" Ryder asks. "It means that this isn't the first time Tati and Tony have gotten cozy" I say. "No way. she was the girl who ended his gang days?" Jackson says with a smirk and I nod. "Wait what?" Ryder asks confused. "Tony used to be in the gang with us in Kentucky and Tati is a old friend of mine I've known practically my whole life. They got together when we were younger and we all saw they really did love each other but when she found out about Tony and the gang life she told him she couldn't be dragged into this crazy mess so he had to choose and with a lot of surprise he chose her" I say. "This will really help" Ryder says while smirking.
