Chapter 36

RYDER'S POV
I run into the warehouse and everyone looks shocked at my actions but I ignore them. "Do we still have Chloe's phone?" I ask once Keith reaches us. Tony looks at me with suspicion but nods. "Let me see it" I say and he hands me the phone. I look through her contacts and I see one that I thought of. I look up at everyone and see them confused. "We need to do some research." I say and walk towards the data base with everyone in tow.

"How much do you know about this Kyle guy?" I ask the girls. "Her and Kyle dated for 2 years and they really liked each other. Kyle loved her but Chloe didn't feel that for him yet. He ended up cheating on her with an old friend of ours,Tati" Morgan explains. "What's his full name?" I ask while turning towards the computer. "Kyle Xavier Brown. Why?" Vanessa asks. "He was the last person to text her before her call with Tony. I just have suspicions" I say looking him up. "He was probably just checking on her. I mean there is no way he can be part of this. He loved her" Morgan tries to argue. "Let's hope you are right" I say.

I found him in the database and were the girls wrong. "Hey! Everyone over here now" I say. They all rush over. "What did you find?" Jackson asks. "I found out that Kyle is actually Martin's son." I say. They all look dumbfounded. "That's impossible. Chloe has met his parents she would have mentioned if his father was Martin" Tony says. "It says here. He lives with his mom,step-dad and step-sister" I say turning back to look at them. "This is bad" Joey says while rubbing his face in frustration. "But he is all the way in Kentucky" Jackson says. "I have a feeling he isn't" I say. "We just need to prove it" I look at them with a smirk.

CHLOE'S POV
They haven't come back in for a couple hours now. My mind is full of questions. Does Kyle want to do this? How didn't I know he lived with his step-family? What is the group doing? Has any of the boys punched a wall yet? My thoughts are interrupted by someone coming towards me. I look up to see a sheepily smiling Kyle. "It's time to eat" he says. "I kind of can't" I say referring to how I'm still tied up. "That's why I'm here" he says. "No thanks I'd rather starve" I say. "Come on. Please Chlo" he says with a sad tone. I decide to listen to him and nod my head. He feeds me macaroni and cheese and gives me drinks of water. "Thank you" I say after finishing. "You're Welcome Chlo" He says leaving and I'm stuck with my thoughts again. I wonder how Ryder is handling this? Fuck I wonder who he punched.

RYDER'S POV
"We need Tati, why?" Tony asks with anger. "Because they have a history. Plus he doesn't think Tati knows about all this so it will work" I say trying to convince him. He let's out a sigh "Fine but we have one problem" he says. "What" Jackson asks. "I don't know where she is. Chloe refused to tell us" he says while crossing his arms. "Ugh! That girl is going to be the death of me" I say running my hands down my face in frustration. "I have a clue to how to find them" Vanessa says from behind us. "Okay what is it" I ask. "All she told me was 'my phone only had one contact with a text that says Aye aye captain' that was all I was given" Vanessa finishes. "Wait! She told me to call a certain number and say the word 'bubbles'" Morgan says.

I immediately grabbed Chloe's phone and searched the message. A contact with the name as only an anchor came up. I called the number and heard a female voice "hello" she said shyly. "Bubbles" I say waiting for a response. "When do you want them" she asks becoming more stern. "As quickly as possible" I say. "I'm on my way with both of them. I'll be 15 minutes" she says than hangs up. I turn to everyone else who has curious looks. "15 minutes and they'll be here" I say. "Who was on the phone?" Keith asks. "I don't know. She didn't say" I say with suspicion.
