Start over

Chapter 28

I make it to the warehouse. I see guards at the entrance. I could beat them unconscious. No,that will cause to much attention. I'll have to find another way in. I walk around the back while staying on the outskirts of the woods surrounding the warehouse. I see an entrance with only one guard and no one else around. I grab a rock and throw it the way towards the other guards. The guard at the door go to see what the noise is while I run into the warehouse as quietly as I can.

I'm walking to the back of the warehouse where I hear voices. I see a bunch of guys surrounding a guy. I can only see the guys hair but I feel like I know that hair. "Okay meeting over" the guy in the middle yells and everyone starts to leave. I continue to watch the one mystery guy. He turns around and I recognize him. It's Brody. (If you don't remember Brody he's the guy from the party) I look and see someone walking up to him and realize that someone is Tony. I move closer so I can hear their conversation. "Your cousins doesn't seem suspicious right?" Brody asks Tony. "Not that I can see but I still don't think we should do this" Tony says. "We are doing it and if you don't help remember what happens to your girl" Brody spits at Tony. It all makes sense now, Tony isn't doing this for his own gain. He's protecting Tati. "Yes sir" Tony says looking down. "Now leave and keep an eye on your cousins or that won't be the last cut you'll receive" Brody says. And starts walking away. Tony heads towards me and I make a run for it.

I get to my car and see a lot of calls and texts from Jackson and Ryder. I call Ryder to calm him down and to tell him to stop blowing up my phone. "Where have you been?? Do you know how worried me and Jackson have been?" He screams at me. I roll my eyes "sorry dad but I have big news call over Cole and the girls while I make a call" I say. "Who are you calling?" He asks. "Tony" I say before hanging up so he doesn't question me. I start driving away and call Tony. "Hey cuz! What's up?" Tony asks once he answers. "I know everything" I say. "What do you mean?" He says nervously. "Be at Jackson's in 10 minutes and don't say a word to Brody" I say then hang up. This is going to be harder than I thought.

I make it back to Jackson's house and jump out of the car and walk in the house. Before I can even say anything I am pulled into a hug and spun around. "I'm so happy you're okay" Jackson says checking me for bruises. "I'm fine. Is everyone here?" I ask ignoring his pestering. "Yeah but we have one problem Tony is here" he says. "I know I told him to come" I say walking in to see everybody looking at each other in confusion.

"Tony. How do you know Brody?" I ask him without hesitation. He looks shocked but recovers "I don't know a Brody. Sorry little cuz" he says not making eye contact with me. "Cut the crap! I followed you today" his eyes go wide but before he can respond I cut him off. "I know everything. I know how you are helping him take over the gang,how Joey was your mole. I also know you are being blackmailed to do this" I say which causes everyone's eyes to go wide. "You don't know everything" he says. "Oh are you referring to Tati and her baby because I know that too" I say and he goes silent. "Okay I'm going to help you" I say looking at Tony. "You can't. I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do, Brody wants one thing and it's your gang and he'll do whatever it takes to get it. You don't even know Brody don't underestimate him" he says looking at me with concern. "Oh but I do know Brody. He thought I didn't know about him when he came and danced with me at that party but I did. You know how?" I ask him. Everyone goes silent watching me and Tony go at it. "How" he asks watching me carefully. "He's the guy who tried to rape me at my first party" I say with anger. "How do you know?" Jackson speaks for the first time. "After the incident I did some research and found out everything about him. Including the fact he was a drug dealer and some other important things" I say feeling a shiver go down my spine but ignore it. "See you know how dangerous he is and you still want to go against him" Tony says. "I know and that's why I want to end this now" I say walking over and grabbing some guns. "We have a lot to prepare" I say looking at everyone including Tony.
