Chapter 26

Hinatid na ko ni Jarvis sa bahay kahit hindi pa tapos yung party. Satingin niyo ba gugustuhin pa namin mag stay dun pagkatapos ng lahat ng nangyari? Sila Casey naiwan dun, nagpupumilit nga sila na sumama na umuwi kaso sabi ko wag na. Halata naman kasing ng eenjoy sila dun, ayoko naman maapektuhan sila dahil lang sakin.

Nandito kami sa kwarto ko. Kanina pa walang nagsasalita saming dalawa. He was sitting on my desk chair while I was sitting on my bed playing with my fingers. Nababagot na ko. Kanina pa niya ko tinititigan pero di naman siya nagsasalita. Ay bahala na! Di naman pwedeng ganito nalang kami buong gabi. Puro titigan nalang, ganun?

"We need to talk." I said looking straight into his eyes.

"Yeah, I think we really need to talk." He said in a deep voice. Wait, he's mad. Obviously, he's mad at me.

"You're mad." Yes, it's a statement, not a question.

"I told you not to go anywhere and wait for me! Why did you leave there?! What will happen if someone kidnapped you?! Or worst rape you?! Bella, do you even think of what would I feel?!" He shouted. I'm shocked. This is the first time I saw him mad like this. Tears starts to form in my eyes. I don't know what to say. I'm scared...

"Zaylia? Jarvis? What's happening there? Are you fighting?" We both looked at the door.

"Everything's okay kuya. We're just...talking." I lied. This is about us, kuya doesn't need to know about this. He will be mad at Jarvis if ever.

"Okay." Kuya said.

I looked at him. "Y-You're scaring me." There was a silence before he spoke up.

"I-I'm sorry...I... I didn't mean to yell at you. I'm just w-worried about you. I'm sorry, I overreacted." He stuttered.

"No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for worrying you. For disappointing you, for not being who you want me to be. I'm really sorry. I'm--"

"Shh." He walked towards me and cupped my face in his hands. "You make me worried, yes. But you didn't disappoint me." I looked down because I can't look at his eyes.

"Hey, look at me." He said taking his finger, lifting up my chin. "You are everything I wanted you to be. I love you, Bella. Even though you are the most impulsive person I've ever met." He said smiling and kisses my forehead. I laughed.

"I'm sorry for making you cry again." He said wiping away my tears.

"Can we stop saying sorry? This is not going to end if we both don't stop saying sorry." I said smiling at him.

"You're still beautiful when you cry, but I don't want to see you crying. I want to make you smile. I want you to be happy...with me. I don't want you to regret that you fell in love with me." I smiled. He never fails to make me smile. He was so good at saying sweet words.

I wrapped my arms around his neck. "You make me happy and I'm always be happy as long as you're here...with me. Don't leave me because if you do, I'll be sad for the rest of my life." I said and I hugged him.

"Wait." He looks at me confused. "What about your ex-girlfriend?"

"What about her?" He asked. Nakakunot na ngayon ang noo niya.

"You still have feelings for her?" I asked looking straight in his eyes.

"Bella, that was three years ago." He said while laughing.

"You didn't anwer my question." I said raising my eyebrow.

"We've been friends for years. She's like a sister to me." A sister?

"But you know, she has feelings for you. I mean more than friends or brother. You know, she loves you." Umupo kami sa bed and he hold my hand.

"Yeah, I know." Seriously, I'm confused.

"Then, paano naging kayo if sister lang tingin mo sakanya? Did you court her?" I asked.

"I didn't court her. She asked me to be her boyfriend. I used to not care until you came, everything about me was change." I smiled. His words make my heart melt.

"Sinasabi mo ba sakanya noon na...mahal mo siya?" Sobrang tsismosa ko na ata. Nakakahiya. Bigla siyang natawa na naman.

"No. Not even once." He said smiling at me. Nagseselos pa din ako kahit na sinabi niya pa sakin lahat to.

Nagulat ako ng hinawakan niya yung pisngi ko. "Don't be jealous." He said while smirking.

"Me? I'm not jealous, Jarvis." Sabi ko at umiwas ng tingin.

"Well, good. You are my love, Bella. I love you. Always remember that." I nodded. I rested my head on his chest.

Minutes passed, sobrang kati na ng katawan ko dahil sa damit. Hindi pa din kasi ako nakakapagpalit ng damit.

"I have to go to the bathroom. I need to change my clothes." I said.

"Okay, let's go then." Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi niya. Pinalo ko siya sa braso at natawa naman siya. "Relax, just kidding. But if you want I can come--"

"Shut up, Schmitt! Wait me here." Natawa nalang siya kaya tumakbo na ko papasok sa bathroom baka sundan pa ko eh. Hahaha.

It's been a long long day. First, his sister doesn't like me. His ex-girlfriend was here. Masyado na akong madaming naiyak ngayon pero bawi naman sa mga sinabi ni Jarvis. Napaka sweet! Iisipin ko pa nito kung paano ko ipapaliwanag kay kuya kung bakit ako umiyak. Syempre nakita niya na namumugto mata ko nung dumating kami ni Jarvis. Baka isipin niya pa na pinaiyak ako ni Jarvis.

Nagmadali akong magbihis. Bugnutin kasi yun si Jarvis eh. Pag nagtagal pa ko sa pag shower baka pasukin pa ko sa loob. Naabutan ko siya na nakaupo sa bed at hawak yung picture frame namin ni Mommy.

"Hey." I said while wrapping a towel around my wet hair.

"You really look like her. Like she was your sister." He said, still looking at the picture. Napakunot ang noo ko.

"What? Who?" Tanong ko nang makalapit na ko sakanya. Binaba niya yung frame at tumingin sakin.

"Nevermind. Anyway, its late. Its been a long day for you, you need to rest." Sabi niya at inalalayan akong humiga. Para naman akong may sakit nito. Inaalalayan pati sa paghiga? Hahaha.

Agad kong hinatak yung damit niya nung bigla siyang tumayo. "Where are you going?" Napakunot na naman noo niya.

"I'm going home." Sabi niya. Mas lalo kong hinigpitan yung hawak sa damit niya. Bine'baby niya ko kaya lulubus lubusin ko na.

"No. Stay here." Sabi ko. Hinawakan naman niya yung kamay ko.

"I can't. I'm a guy." Bakit naman?

"And so? We're just going to sleep." Hindi ko maintindihan yung itsura niya ngayon.

"You don't understand, Bella." Sabi niya. Hahaha. Alam ko naman yung ibig niyang sabihin eh. Tumayo ako at hinawakan yung pisngi niya.

"I trust you." Sabi ko nang nakangiti.

"Not in this situation. I really have to go." Sabi niya. Tatalikod na sana siya pero pinigilan ko ulit siya. Hinawakan ko ulit yung pisngi niya.

"I love you. I love you, Jarvis. Please stay." Sabi ko. Napayuko naman siya. Ilang seconds ang dumaan bago siya nagsalita at tumingin sakin.

"Fine." Yes!!! I win!!!

Humiga na kaming dalawa. I lay my head on his chest and his arms wrapped around me. Sa sobrang pagod, mabilis akong inantok.

"Goodnight my love. I love you."

Gising pa ang diwa ko nang bigla siyang nagsalita. Gusto ko sanang idilat yung mata ko kaso hindi ko na talaga kaya. Sobrang inaantok na ko.
