I wake up to an empty spot beside me. My head hurts again, but not that much. I rub my eyes and sit up. I look outside to see the sun shining through the large window of the room. I lie back down, and smile, remembering yesterday. I don't know what me and Cameron are to be honest, but I'm quite content with what happened last night. Hopefully he remembers at least a little bit of what happened, so I don't look like an obsessive idiot. I hear the door open, and I turn half of my body towards it. Cameron walks in with light khaki pants, sagging under his black American Eagle underwear band. He stops when he sees me and smiles. "You scared me buttercup." He runs over to the bed and jumps on me. I giggle quietly.
He pecks my lips quickly, before pulling away. I wipe my mouth and cup a hand over it. "Ew, I have morning breath."
He laughs. "So do I, taste it!" He leans down again and kisses me once more, but I turn my head and he ends up laughing into my neck. "Oh jeez." His voice drops as he leans up.
"What?" My eyes go wide when I question him.
"I made a bad mark last night." He smiles confidently, but I'm not too thrilled. I get up and walk to the bathroom. I have a purplish red bruise on my neck, it's so noticeable. I touch it, and wince a bit. I've never had a hickey before. Cameron joins me in the mirror, looking sad. "I'm sorry."
I look at him through the mirror. "It's fine...I'll just cover it up."
"Have you ever had one before?" He asks, wrapping his arms around me from behind. I shake my head, examining my neck. He laughs, but tries to hide it by putting his head in my neck. I hit him and start to walk away, but he pulls me back. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. You're just so cute."
"I'm not cute." I straight face him. He smiles and intertwines our hands. He brushes his nose against mine.
"Okay, fine, you're not cute. You're sexy." We end up doing some weird but cute gesture with our hands.
"I'll take it." He goes in for a kiss, but I move my head back. "Morning breath."
He sighs and let's go of my hand. "Fine, let's brush our teeth then." He grabs a blue toothbrush from the counter, and searches under the sink until finds another toothbrush, still in the wrapper. I unwrap it and soak it under the water with Cameron. After putting toothpaste on his tooth brush, he does the same for me. He goes behind me and begins to brush his teeth, awkwardly. Every time I try to spit, he does too, and we either end up laughing, knocking heads, or both. He let's the toothbrush sit in his mouth as he uses his hands to turn me around. He takes my toothbrush and brushes my teeth for me, going slowly in an up and down motion. I laugh way too much trying to get onto the sink counter.
When we're done, I look up at him with my toothbrush. He takes it and throws it in the trash. "What, am I contagious?"
He laughs and shakes his head. "I should've actually kept that, you'll be back." He winks and connects our lips. I giggle in the kiss and push him away.
"You're so corny." His lips chase after mine as I move from left to right, teasing him.
"I know." He smiles and grabs my chin quickly. He bites his lip playfully before kissing me. He tugs at my lip with his teeth and smiles.
"Cameron." I say when I finally get air to breathe.
He reconnects our lips again. "Hm?"
"Cam, what are we?"
He pulls away, obviously caught off guard by my question. "Uh, boyfriend and girlfriend?"
"You never asked, Dallas."
